I love that it was close to BTS station and walkable to everything we needed. The pool area was nice. The staff were so nice and kind. They were helpful and always accommodating. I did not like that the beds were hard. I felt like I was sleeping on crates. We were on the third floor and we could hear a lot of street noise and we had the other hotels etc able to look inside the room so we kept the blinds closed. We requested a none smoking room but can smell smoke come in through the vents. I have slight asthma so it was an issue for me.

The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Great location. Very friendly and professional staff. I was surprised at the quality of the stay for the price. Excellent value My only negative is the breakfast. The coffee could be improved.

The fully equipped apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable.

Staff are nice and warm. the cleaning staff ensures the room is kept tidy and clean. The people at breakfast are always keeping everything ready. People really work hard here There was some construction work opposite the hotel which impacted my sleep a specific day. The rest of the stay it was fine!

It was very quiet even though we were in the middle of Bangkok. One if the few hotels where you can actually adjust the aircon. We liked the small kitchen. The breakfast was a disappointment. When we arrived i was in a CC i marked with my hand i was busy, but they continued to disturb me, which was very annoying. The pre brewed coffee was very watery and i told them nicely that I thought something was wrong. The young man answered “It is Amercano, and it’s looks like this” very snarky and rude. Right after a girl came and she said, yes it doesn’t look right. I also ticked in “work related trip”, to avoid staying on the same floor with small children families and late night people, that can be disruptive and loud in the corridor, small things but matters and we were in the middle of a group of people traveling together big and small. It is so so easy to ruin someone’s experience and it is so easy to make someone’s day. We will be back, but not go for the hotel breakfast, and hopefully I will not be on the phone when we check in.

Easy check in. The staff are wonderful throughout the property. The room is nice modern clean and comfortable. The facilities are excellent especially the gym and a nice pool to cool off. Housekeeping always did a great job. My room was mostly cleaned by a young man named Worawut , always a great job and attention to detail. The breakfast was good. The cafe/coffee shop has really good quality and tasty foods. Only a short walk to Sukhumvit and malls/7/11 / many restaurants. I would recommend it. No complaints

Location - very convenient, accessible to public transports - Metro and Sky Trains; Room - we had a Triple room and it was nicely done, except that I wish they could've added a side table on the third bed; Breakfast is good, since we are rice eating people, though choices are also provided for "light breakfast". Overall everything is A okay. None that i can think of.

Conveniently located. Room was spacious and clean. Rooftop pool is a plus. There was construction everyday outside and very noisy. Breakfast was small but ok.

It is my common hotel when I’m in Bangkok I like location which is near BTS so I can move around easily the neighborhood is calm area clean safe I like front desk staff during check in and check out very nice helpful AC need maintenance I got a minor respiratory allergy during my stay
