Lots of 7-11 & markets/ food stall close by. Only 1 access key per room. So aircon & all power went off while out. No pool facilities.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Even though the hotel is not located in the very center of Bangkok, getting around was surprisingly easy, with convenient access to public transport and nearby amenities. Overall, it offers great value for the price.. The parking area can get a bit tight during peak hours, but neither issue affected my stay in a significant way.

I really enjoyed my stay here.Near Big department store. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel very comfortable. Overall, it offered excellent value for money. Hightly recommend. It’s not located in the very center of Bangkok, but getting around was still easy thanks to the convenient access to boat, bus, and the BTS/MRT.

Staffs are friendly and helpful for the front office. Burmese housekeeper isn’t helpful with Thai people and sometimes it’s difficult for she or them to understand Thai hospitality that the customers expect from the hotel. Overall it’s value for the money, close to everything Bathroom and toilet are old and out of service. The key card doesn’t work properly it might be door lock problem. No face towels and hand towels.

Dirty shower and curtain closure filthy on bottom. Breakfast buffet always cold. Slow internet and always having issues connecting. Had to get a new pw almost every other day.

The breakfast is great and superb value for money. On some days there is no buffet option available, on such days the breakfast is a bit more expensive, but still not bad. When the buffet option is available, it's great value for money! No complaints, except that it is a bit far to walk to the nearest metro. Just use Grab taxi or Grab bike, then it's fine. So the location is good but not excellent.

Some suggestions - 1.Try to provide micro oven to customers in the room 2.Have plenty of Vegetarian food in the breakfast..Also level the food whether it is vegetarian or non vegetarian. 3.Train the staff with more excelency of English language

Property was good value for money and good restaurant in the hotel Lady Receptionist is a bit confused type person. Location nearby no cheap and not many massage place and location is far from market.
