Paid extra for a suite and was very disappointed. Television was missing and honor barr was empty.Microwave was also gone.

Breakfast was ok , main staff was excellent , front desk was accommodating as possible . Facilities needs major updates, poor water pressure, hallways carpets dirty , major cosmetics flaws in the room and bathroom, only one elevator working . This hotel did not meet my 4 star categories.

Beautiful hotel, modern looking room friendly and helpfull staff, lobby is cozy and fresh. Premium feel. Tiles in shower are perfect for slip and fall, a/c very loud, the outside unit Is right in front of single layer glass window So you hear eveything. With that Saíd, apart from the shower tiles, we couldnt really complain.

Close to the airport. Since we were travelling with a baby, I asked for a baby cot and they explicitly confirmed that they have it (it was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel because there were better options even closer to the Don Mueang airport). Since we were four in total we had to book two rooms. When we saw our rooms there was no baby cot and then they told us that they actually do not have a baby cot. So afterwards they prepared two small beds (+ the existing double bed for adults) in one room. This was kind of ok for us (and we appreciated the solution of the staff) but then we of course wanted to cancel the second room so I went down to the reception (twice) to ask for cancellation. They refused to cancel by saying that they cannot do it because we already checked-in (when we checked-in we of course did not know that they do not have a baby cot). I then wrote to booking.com customer service asking for a refund of the second room - booking.com contacted the hotel and the hotel said it's too late for the refund and that I should have cancelled the second room during my stay. As mentioned above, I tried to cancel the second room twice so the hotel bluntly lied to booking.com. All in all, I would not stay here anymore, especially if you have a baby/child that needs a baby cot. This was the only bad experience we had with a hotel in Thailand during our trip.
