Beautiful spaces and incredible river view. We loved the delicious breakfast and dined four nights at the Dun Sun Restaurant. So many artistic food choices and the restaurant staff was simple outstanding The best grunge avout this hotel is, in our opinion, the concierge. I believe his name is Rule. Amazing man, full of ides for sightseeing and very clever at arranging things. Very nice man We loved the quietude but it was some distance from the downtown ago;ping in Bangkok

Really nice river view and riverside sitting was good too.staff was exceptional.this was my second time stay. Everything was good.

Lonely

i didn’t like the property i left early it was old. the outlets did not work in the room. and the cable was out. it was horrible

Location was great especially if you want to get away from the city centre 5 min walk to a 7/11 and Terminal 21

Lovely big room, quiet as we were up. Its a bit out of the city, but Grab works well, so worth staying there, 3rd time?

The hotel lobby is very grand with vaulted ceilings and columns, decorated classically with a touch of tropical flare and elegance. The staff is always available at front desk, including a wonderful concierge who speaks very good English who had great suggestions for activities and dining, as well as always had a car ready for us. The wait staff and all were so kind and friendly, and dressed in beautiful Thai silk. Also the breakfast were so plentiful and fresh, plus dinner and outdoor cafe lovely too! Nothing really.

Still waiting for my refund. I left 2 days after. Noisy at random times. Didn't seems clean and cozy. Too expensive for what I got. Had to get another some could shower. I think the location was our biggest detractor.

The river view was amazing and the staff was really helpful and nice to us. You could see the place look outdated and could use a paint job and a make over.

Facility in room, fitness, pool, location, nice view N/a

Quiet, with convenient store and a mall nearby. Location is good but but not great. Need to travel for some time to be in shopping places, malls or tourist spots. But overall the experience was great.

Staff was polite and friendly. Room was nice with a nice view. Someone stole my beige colored shorts out of that room. I took them off and left them on the floor at night before going to sleep. I woke up and put my bathing suit on and when I came back from the pool I noticed my shorts were missing. I sometimes leave my wallet in my short's pocket but this time it was left on a table and was not missing. I also left a brush in an unlocked locker at the pool because I was going to come back after it opened and that was also stolen by someone.

Everything, the location the view, the service and the staff were top notch.. Breakfast wasn’t the best for a Muslim traveler, but still was fine.

The hotel itself was located near the hospital where I received my medical treatment. It is located by the river and the management provided us with a very nice room with a beautiful view of the city and river. The pool was a lovely distraction for my husband to swim each day when he wasn’t caring for me. Our room was comfortable, room service was prompt. They gave us softer feather pillows when we asked for them. The staff at the restaurant at breakfast always found a quiet corner for us away from children and the bustle of a conference that was taking place. I liked the older charm and feel of the hotel. I liked the design and felt space was used well. Over all the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind.
