Cleanliness was really bad. Nothing like the pictures. We checked in at 2pm. Went out. Came back to the hotel and the smell of the toilet was in the room. Immediatelly made another booking to a different hotel and checked out. Wasted our money on a stay which wasn't up to the mark.

The beds were a little hard, so that might be uncomfortable if you're not used to it. It was no problem for me, I found them quite comfy

it was close to bts station. the room was a bit basic, the bathroom was old and needs updating there is no lift. the place is down an ally way so some might be afraid of it at night.

Room was clean and good size. No lift, I requested room on 2nd floor but when I arrived staff gave room was blocked for me to another guest and asked me to wait for sometime, finally I don't want to wait, I was stayed on 3rd floor.

Staff was absolutely delightful so kind and helpful ! Room was very clean had all necessities The location was very strange in a back ally ! Did not feel safe at all at night due to the location and locals in housing around hotel! There also was nothing near by only a 7-11

There is no elevator, and the bathroom was quite small.

I liked how the hotel was near Impact Arena, DMK Airport, and the Chatuchak Weekend Market. The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood and different modes of transportation were easily accessible. None
