room is large one simple glass was incidentally broken by little kid, and we were charged THB100 which is ridiculous in 4 star hotel

Comfortable beds is the only positive thing I can say I was not told when booking that the pool would be closed for the full 6 days I was there. The breakfast was quite plain and only had 1 small change for the 6 days. Getting in and out of the hotel can be dangerous. The hotel opens on to a narrow street with very little room to get off the road. It is quite busy with cars and motorcycles going past.

Pool - cold but at least it has a pool Free wifi My son liked the breakfast orange juice Our family room was a good size Carpark and lobby assistants did a good job Location - Hotel is on a very busy back street, must be careful crossing that road Noise - related to the above if your window faces the street, the Breakfast - it was better a few years ago if I am honest. Insects - 3 mozzies in my bathroom, and 1 cockroach The Hotel has expanded and now seems to be catering for larger tour groups, which brings them trade but lessens our experience due to the tour groups poor overall etiquette.

Very clean, spacious room, good location close to MRT. No traffic noise. Reasonable value for type of room and location. Good shower good hot water. Staff pleasant and helpful. Good dropoff area close to reception. Nice large reception lounge. Breakfast was stone cold both days, even though we were early, not good quality, very noisy patrons who shouted across tables. No bedside tables. Bathroom small but adequate. Woken at midnight by more noisy patrons in hallway who then proceeded to shift furniture in their room with loud bangs and crashes for half an hour. The noise factors as described will result in no further bookings here plus poor breakfast. We've stayed many times in the past and had no problems.
