Hotel is well kept. Room was large. Restaurants priced very high. Food was not served hot on two of the restaurants.

Nothing! The facilities were old and not properly maintained. The restroom in the lobby stinks and is dirty. The staff weren’t accommodating and unhelpful. We left our luggage at the concierge after check-out only to receive it dirty and with white paints.

I recently stayed at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G and honestly it was an amazing experience. The hotel has a really modern and stylish vibe and everything just feels well maintained and premium. What stood out the most for me was the staff. Everyone was super friendly polite and always ready to help which made the stay even more comfortable. You don’t feel like a guest you actually feel welcomed. The view from the hotel is another highlight. Whether it’s day or night the city view of Bangkok looks absolutely beautiful and adds a special touch to the whole experience. Overall I had a great time here and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok.

The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the city from the 22nd floor. There were some excellent facilities including a gym, pool and a spa, where I had an excellent Thai massage. Despite all these wonderful aspects, I think the highlight for me was the breakfast buffet - such a variety of dishes ranging from Western to Thai to Japanese. Sometimes when I travel I am reluctant to spend extra money on breakfast at a hotel but this was completely worthwhile and I don’t regret spending a little extra for this added luxury. The pool was a little small and difficult to do laps in, but was nevertheless a relaxing area to spend time in. The location was good for my purposes (I wanted to be near the British Club) but was a little far away from the Skytrain.

The pool area is small and you have to be there early to get the pool bed. It’s in the rooftop next to the gym.

The hotel is quite old, and you can definitely feel that in the rooms. There used to be a connecting door to the adjacent room, which has been closed off, but it still feels a bit uncomfortable knowing it’s there. The room gets plenty of natural light during the day thanks to the beautiful view, which is a big plus. However, at night the lighting is very poor and the room feels quite dark. Overall cleanliness was not very satisfying. It might be partly due to the age of the hotel, but it still didn’t feel as clean as expected.

Nice location. Good vibe to the hotel Air conditioner wasn't that cool. The breakfast buffet was nice but the fried eggs were cold as were the hashbrowns (potatoes) on multiple days.

Location The rooms are in terrible condition. Old, worn and dirty. Firstly I’ve received the room 3211 as the pictures below. I was shocked of how dirty the room was. The staff immediately changed the room to 2606 that was OK. I’ll stay again in Pullman G as soon as they fix, maintain and clean it to a decent standard.
