The staff and amenities Nothing

na I went to the GYM and after trying alot the Air Conditioning was not working at all. Then I picked the Intercom to call at the reception, but the phone was also not working. Then after few tries, I left the gym and went to the reception for complain and after that I dont know if it is fixed or not because i never went back.

Breakfast could be improved. We stayed for 8 days but there was no rotation with the food menu, its the same everyday.

In my room every day there is always electricity cut. the AC always cut and then it start turning on again and it happened many time during the day.

The location was excellent - 5 mins walk from On-nut BTS station. The room cost was very competitive and the room and staff were excellent. Its worth noting the restaurants and bars also 5 mins walk from hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 50 that offer great food and drinks options. Location is 45 mins in taxi from main airport. The facilities in the hotel are limited with a very small gym and no bar (under renovation).

Was in a great location on Sukhumvit road 5 min walk to the sky train. Or taxi on your doorstep. Two shopping centers close by. Nothing to dislike

I previously had a booking which included breakfast but it was canceled as they mentioned that my credit card was invalid. However, the card was perfectly fine when I tried it and I didn't receive any notification from the bank. I later made a new booking where I paid more but breakfast wasn't included. Even while checking in, there was no help provided on this.

Our room on the second floor was subject to a lot of noise due to traffic and the sky train passing by almost in front of the bedroom. The room isn't soundproof and getting asleep is very difficult. Breakfast was rather poor, not many choices were available. For example the juices were entirely industrial and full of sugar, very unhealthy. Plus the photos of the hotel do make you think that you will stay in the residence tower and have city view rooms when in reality it's just the small building in front.

If you are looking to stay in this area, it’s an affordable choice. The room was advertised as having a bathtub but it did not. The hotel advertised having a gym, it does not. There’s a treadmill and some weights in a closet. There’s no staff attending the pool. One person who seemed to work there was mid cigarette when he told me to go to the lobby to get a towel. Room smelled back and furniture was stained.

This is a new hotel so the facilities and rooms are clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Can store luggage after check out, this was helpful to us. We were put in a corner unit so it was noisy as it’s right on a main road. The breakfast was very very average. We even skipped breakfast some days since it wasn’t that great. The pool has day beds but not one umbrella so zero shade which is quite unpleasant. When asked for some warm milk for my infant I was told to order from 7/11.
