No elevator. The entrance alley is a bit shady and muddy if raining heavily.

I was very pleasantly impressed from the moment I arrived at the hotel. I was welcomed with great hospitality and kindness. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and has no smell of mold, and the staff are truly excellent. I had read some reviews mentioning that it could be noisy because of construction nearby, but the construction has already been completed. Now there is a huge shopping mall just a three-minute walk from the hotel. IKEA is also nearby, along with a wide variety of restaurants and food options, as well as Terminal 21. I sincerely recommend visiting this hotel. It is honestly hard to imagine what drawbacks this hotel could have. In my opinion, the hotel is excellent. To be fair, I stayed in room 401, so I cannot say exactly what the other rooms are like, but I believe they are probably more or less at the same good standard. I really enjoyed everything and was completely satisfied with my stay.

Good location - right next door to Emshphere and walking distance to BTS Phrom Phong Station Entrance is hard to find - in front of Makro is a small alley surrounded by girlie bars

The alley to the stay had some adult entertainment options which was unsettling the first or second time walking past. As a female traveler, I would recommend ordering a grab bike to the front of the hotel if you are nervous. Compared to other parts of BKK - this was a very calm and peaceful area

Great value for money, located in the middle of vibrant Sukhumvit, big comfortable bed, spacious room. I'm coming back there next time I'm in Bangkok for sure

Good location close to shopping, eateries, a park, and the train. Very walkable area. Strong Wifi, plenty of hot water at good pressure. Daily cleaning. Attentive staff. Small room. The curtains did not block out lights at night - a blackout curtain is NECESSARY! The hotel is at the end of an alley so Grab car pickup was sometimes problematic. The washing machine was shared with the entire hotel and there was a fee.

Comfy bed, quiet room, great attitude of the staff. Overall a great value, we enjoyed our stay very much! :) Location is right at the center of things at the busy Sukhumvit area. The hotel has a well-equipped common area with a kitchen and bathroom. We especially appreciated the option to hang out at the hotel and use the showers after our checkout (we had a very late flight). Perhaps the only thing is that the room was a little more compact (smaller compact to other rooms we stayed in Bangkok). But still OK and other amenities make up for this.

Love this spot, you’re surrounded by luxury hotels for quadruple the price and yet this hotel is just as nice, it’s truly a hidden gem in this location, your literally behind emesphere yet it’s dead silent there. The rooms are always super clean and very very spacious, so many huge communal spaces the kitchen to the tv room, they have washer and dryer, very safe 24/ front desk and if you want to get into some fun that is walking distance from the hotel (boys lol) Grab drivers always miss the turn lol it’s very small alley road

Very comfortable, clean and quiet, in the heart of Phrom Phong. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, located on a narrow Soi next door to Emisphere. Easy walk to BTS. Awesome Thai food at the Flower Cafe right next to the hotel. Lovely, kind staff. Good value $.

Little far down alleyway. We got a room not accessible by elevator, so be mindful when traveling with elderly like we did

The location was good, the room was clean, and the staff was nice. It's a bit hidden, so the price reflected this. It's near all the big 5 star hotels. It's a great budget option. Everything was great. I would have preferred a gym and such, but the price reflected the lack of those amendities.
