Just a few minutes walk from the BTS with plenty of restaurants and shops (including 7-Eleven and McDonald's) on the road between there and the hotel. Swimming pool was lovely and one end was shallow enough for the kids to walk in. View from the 30th floor was brilliant. Room was really spacious and the bathroom was perfect with a bath and separate shower. Nothing. It was lovely.

Nothing which I like about the this hotel. The staff and the receiption mangers were rude and arrogant. I had to change the room because of the electricity failure and despite various phone calls they did not come to talk to us. They did not change the room easily. After a long wait they asked me to chose the smaller rooms which I did not want to. The biggest let down is their restaurant and the choice of food. The whole staff was really not helpful. They were super arrogant. The main let down was also the language barrier. Not a single person was understandign english and guest requirements and requests. I strongly DO NOT recomment anyone to chose this hotel. The surrounding was also the worst.

Breakfast was decent, location is ok. Wifi is very slow and the maintenance was too loud in our room, we complained and they stopped it immediately.

Only the location was good and almost nearby lot of relevant locations The staff were not friendly and the security guy at gate of the lobby yelled at my 4 year old son as he was running around .. this is not acceptable anywhere in the world in any society . No room service at all : if you ask for anything they just ask for money .. I asked for a plate and they said very rudely that I have to to pay 100 Baht for that .. overall no room service .. Now comes the biggest breakfast : actually this is the worst buffet as per my opinion only edible item is egg , bread and some croissants.. and always buffet trays are empty and they are least bothered to refill ..

1 minor issue was the see through window between the room and the attached bathroom. There was a blind to conceal but I had to make rolls of towels to completely hide at the bottom. As we were 4 in the room including 2 kids.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was fantastic. It's a short walk from Nana station and the facilities are great. I would stay here again for next time. The room service was so quick and delicious. Everyone was nice. Nothing

The hotel room is quite spacious, clean, comfortable and nice. Well cleaned and maintained everyday. At the time of check in we had to wait for an hour and 30 minutes for the room to be ready. At first they gave us a room without bath tub and later when requested they changed us to a room with a bath tub. Something very strange they do not provide an iron to the room and when asked about ironing they instructed to go to another floor to iron where an ironing board is placed.
