The hotel was great the breakfast selection was outstanding and most of all the staff, the staff were all fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Thanks to them all for making our stay so enjoyable Thanks ??

Great hotel, nice pools, breakfast and great location. Nice old decor and character. Restaurants in hotel are expensive.

The view of the river especially at night time is amazing. Having interconnected rooms was a bonus for our family. We had to ask for an armchair to be placed in the room. There was no footstool. Was one to sit on the carpet and watch the river?

Wish they make the seafood less spicy for non spicy eating people.

Rooms were not up to the expectations Breakfast was ok and the location was good as well with the easy access to the areas we wanted to visit. the people waiting in front of the property with their private cars offering drop to the locations we wanted to visit. sometimes those were very rude and misbehaving with us. those should not be allowed there.

The Royal Orchid Sheraton is easily one of the best deals you can get in Bangkok for the price. The location is absolutely fantastic, sitting right on the Chao Phraya River with stunning views. It's highly central and makes getting around the city incredibly easy. While the hotel has a bit of an older, classic style, the rooms are very comfortable and well-maintained. The staff is wonderfully kind and helpful, always ensuring a pleasant stay. A major highlight is the breakfast—having a fantastic spread right next to the river is the perfect way to start the day. If you want comfort, great service, and prime riverfront views without paying a fortune, this is the perfect choice.

Great to have two pools, lots of restaurant options, and staff were great. River views for every room is lovely. Pools were very warm, hard to cool down in the hot month of April. Poolside drinks were very expensive, even accounting for premium hotel markup, kind of ruins the fun. Pool grout & sealing kind of falling apart, and tiles quite dirty around the pool. Pool stuff matters in this weather!

It was a perfect location, the breakfast buffet was wonderful and I'm extremely satisfied with my stay I have no complaints.

Not easy to take public transportation to the hotel. The hotel looks old, especially the carpet. The staff was friendly. The hotel location on the river bands is nice. The shuttle boat helps crossing the river convenient.

The personnel is very friendly and professional, 24/7. Views of the river are amazing, truly an unforgettable way to have breakfast. Sitting on a terrace overlooking the river. The garden pool was closed for maintenance which was a shame, fortunately the hotel offered us a solution after we gave feedback that the garden and its pool was one of the reasons to stay here. The free shuttle boat to icon Siam was also a big plus and breakfast options were plentiful. I can see it has all the amenities to be 5 stars but to be honest, it really needs an update. The stores in the hotel look dusty, so does the carpet. Gym could use some new equipment as well. If they would invest in updating the rooms and public areas it would be an amazing hotel.

Great views of the action on the river from the room. Had a shuttle from the hotel to different pick up/drop off areas along the river.
