I felt pleasure to see the Hotel welcoming style, staff dealing, ease in accessing to room, providing all on demand without any hassle. Room location and view was excellent. Breakfast was wonderful. Not applicable to me at least.

Great location - easy to get anywhere, and a lovely park opposite. Really comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is a bit pricey.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming and were really helpful, good location surrounded with tons of things to do and easy for transport with victory monument/BTS station just 5mins walk away.

Very clean hotel, haven't seen any dirt or a single insect in the room. Really friendly, caring and helpful staff that always greets you when passing by the reception. The room has everything necessary for a comfortable stay like a blow dryer, coffee, water boiler, minibar etc. The hotel staff safely stores your luggage in the lobby if needed, even long after check-out. Would definitely recommend and book here again! At times it was a little loud because there is some kind of streetfood market nearby and people there constantly play loud music. However, the hotel is not responsible for that and the market isn't run every day as it seems. It may also be quieter depending on in which room you reside.

Location. The room wasn’t soundproofing. I could hear the next rooms toilet flushing or shower.. photos look nice on booking.com but the all the details are quite running down.

The room was very comfortable. Nice bed. Everything was clean and worked. View was of the building next door but that's pretty usual in Bangkok. There was no construction that I could hear - other reviews say there were but it was very quiet. Good location. Easy to walk to Skytrain. Direct line to the main shopping malls and to Chatuchak. Staff were friendly. No complaints. Everything was fine.

Close to amenities Tried to email the hotel before we left home to ensure our booking was secure, hotel did not respond, but luckily we had paid before we arrived. Unfortunately we thought the breakfast was included, but sadly it wasn't .Still a good hotel for visitors.

Our room was quite large with both a bedroom and living room. We had lots of space to spread out. The workers were very helpful and tried hard to accommodate us even with the language disconnect. Breakfast was good and we were even able to order dinner one night. After a very long day of sightseeing, a great massage spa is nearby. The only suggestion for improvement would be for better lighting in the room.

Goog hotel, good staff, big clean nice room. Very good location - 10 min from BTS station Victory Monument, 3 stops from Siam Station. A lot of food places around. Nice park just opposite the hotel. Clean and calm neighborhood. Everything was ok. Will come back.
