I’ve booked this hotel because of free airport pick-up. I tried to contact the property so many times to enroll the airport pick-up but no response and I have to go to the hotel by myself. When arrived to the hotel, they said they don’t have that pick-up service. So terrible experience about that fake info.

Location is fine and nice coffee shop downstairs Rooms are horrible! Dark, loud, AC in bathroom makes it 50C, dirty floors, broken bed, flickering light on the ceiling, view from the windows is into wall of next building 1 meter away, extremely overpriced for what you get. Looks like 1 star hotel! Do not book!

The location was super good and the bed was really comfy. There’s also a cafe downstairs which was a good place to work at if you need something to be done.

No staff at the reception when we arrived at 6.30 am. Asked them about possibility of early check-in as we would be arriving around 0600 to 7.00 am and the answer was pending availability. They did not inform you that no one will be at the reception between 6 am to 7.30 and no one answered the phone during that time. They could have informed us about the surcharge of 100 baht per each hour of early check-in. We got in the room at around 10 am and were charged 400 baht for four hours ahead of the regular check-in time at 14.00. That information should have been available as it could have affected our decision to book this property or we could have made other arrangements.

The Staff was very nice and kind very clean. young vibe The A.C. compressor is located in the bathroom. so it is very noisy. The sink was in the room, not in the bathroom

Top location , very helpful staff , it’s also very nice to have the cafe in the lobby to start your day right ! Also felt very safe and comfortable as a solo traveler working remotely. There are some tables to work at and enjoy natural sunlight. There were some problems with the water , I don’t know if the room itself has the water problem , or it’s the infrastructure , or just a random water problem , but anyways , the staff was very helpful and fast to solve the problems ! at first the water in the shower didn’t flush after showering. After informing the staff , a technician immediately came and solved the problem. The next day , there was no running water at noon , I was told that a general issue was being fixed. After fixing , the same night , I didn’t have water again and the lady at the front solved it in a few minutes by shutting off and back on.

This hotel a bit walk. Because inside but the place is clean no busy traffic. closed to foods. Not far from 7-11. Check in fast. Not far from where place i go. A bit about toilet

It was newly build and very clean, staffs were nice too. The hotel has too strict rules, we asked for an extra pillow and it couldn't be done because of hotel rules, we even asked to charge money and to provide us with one pillow. It's something very simple which the hotel can adjust. Also the rooms are very hot, VERY VERY HOT, the Air Conditioner (outdoor unit) is fixed inside the toilet and the hot air floors inside the room, the air conditioner doest work properly because of it, and it's like sleeping with no air condition. I don't think anybody would like that. The toilet is like an oven. it's really frustrating.
