Close to many restaurants and shopping along with BTS stations.

Everything was great except for a loud vibrating noise for about half a minute, apparently from some pump or elevator that appeared every once in a while. At least it didn't happen at night.

The balcony, the amenities, home appliances were provided, the buggy service, the behavior of the staff The size of the room - extremely disappointing. I stayed in the middle of soi 11 before this leg with much better rates. It didn't feel like a good value for money.

As I have stayed at this property a few times earlier, I knew that the road facing rooms were noisy. However, that was exactly what I got - hardly any sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite okay. Make the rooms sound proof.

The staff were very welcoming, we were accommodated with an early checked in. The hotel is very well located - a walking distance to the sky train and the metro station as well. The hotel offers a shuttle to the Main Street where the sky train “Nana” station is located. Breakfast was good. The room we got was small but it had the amenities we needed.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the timing cleaning staff. Some days it would be after 3:30pm when my room was cleaned. Not a big issue because I know there are other rooms in the hotel, but I just thought it was awkward I would leave for a few hours, only to come back and see my room not cleaned yet.
