GREAT PLACE CLOSE TO KO SAN ROAD BUT OFF ENOUGH ALL OK

The location was great! Close to Khao San Road & many restaurants & bars, but still quiet. The restaurant in the front of the house was really nice & romantic. The staff was friendly & we felt safe. The rooms are really small, almost no space to move around. There's no lift as well.

Very good located in area arround khao san road. Busy but almost quiet. Restaurants, shops in in the street. Rooms are ok. Not very luxirious, aber sufficient, in better guesthousestyle. You pay for the location not for the equipment. Stuff is enchanting. Helpfull travel agent affiliated. They have bathrooms with window and some without. I would ask for one with window next time.

I've stayed before. They appear to have read Reviews and acted on some of them. They've replaced the edges of the stairs, as previously they were worn and dangerous with loose edges. They've fitted panels to the bottom of the toilet door in the room to close the previous big gap. The Smoke alarm was not working and was sitting inside the Safe, not in its cradle on the ceiling! The bathroom above room 205 must leak as there is a constant drip of water!
