Siam Piman Hotel

This neighborhood hotel has a lot going for it in a few different aspects. It's not in a tourist area, so I'd expect anyone staying here to be for a particular purpose and not sightseeing or visiting downtown as it's far away from those places. The upside it has is a spacious room with a sleeping, living, dining, and working in separate spaces in one room. It's got big glass wall and doors, so you get good natural light. The kitchen area has a sink, a few dishes and silverware as well as a microwave and a water heater to make hot drinks. The hotel has installed a door gap blocker, which works wonder in keeping the room cool enough after a whole day of the A/C being off. The staff members were courteous and thoughtful. The hotel ground was kept clean and it seems a fresh coat of paint had been applied in the past year. There's a bird farm of sort across the street, so the noises from the birds can be heard mostly during the day. They didn't bother me. The A/C thermostat seems to not be functioning because even when we set the temperature to 24 or 25 C, the temperatures kept moving further down making the room very cold at night.

We’ve stayed here a few times, the staff are helpful and the room is clean with balcony, has bathtub also. There’s a swimming pool and fitness. A local market nearby just 5 minutes away. We will definitely go back!

Impressed every time I come to stay. The room is large and clean. There is a market in the morning and evening nearby and 7-11 is only 5 minutes walk away. Very comfortable.

I’ve stayed here for 1 night. It is a very impressive place. The room is spacious and has full facilities. Easy to find food. There is a convenience store nearby. And there is a food market that is not far away.

I had a great stay at hotel.The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly. You can walk to buy some foods at local market (5minutes). I'll come to stay again.

This is another time I have come to stay here. Everything impressed me as before. There is local market near the hotel you can go there in 5 minutes. Next time I'll come back again.

The room was very spacious and there was a designated dining table, apart from a work desk. The beds were on a firmer side but it was sufficiently comfortable. Even though there was no breakfast buffet, but a breakfast could be ordered(see the menu in the room)between 8 and 10am, but the staff was very accommodating, so we could have our meal earlier than 8. Same goes with dinner, which they normally do not do, but they accommodated us that one day and brought the dinner up to our room. It was delicious. The hotel is on a quieter part of the community, so there’s less traffic noise but do expect the hear a “bird farm” across the street. They are quiet at night, however, but they become active again around 6am. No big deal for us. The A/C works great but for some reason the temperatures kept dropping for a few degrees after being on for multiple hours. Even though we had set it to 25, as suggested by the hotel, it would later drop to 21 or 22 c closer to the wake-up time.

A hotel with a lot of character in a nice part of the city, close to a market and restaurants. The rooms are huge, well equipped, and they have a balcony. All the bed linen was stained. It needs to be replaced. We were next door to a noisy family despite requesting a quiet room. The staff were helpful when we asked to move.

We've chosen here when we come back to Bangkok and always had a great time while stay here. The hotel was so clean and friendly staff. The location was great. There’s a local market nearby we can walk just a few minutes. There's swimming pool and gym, my kid loves pool so much ,we also ordered lunch it was so great. we will come back again.

Good location and very clean, room size bigger than most. I arrived and seen restaurant was closed with no room service available, same issue for breakfast,even the vending machines were out of order. I asked about food and was told to go to the local market.The gym is in poor condition, no free weights and most machines not working. I cancelled a 4 night stay after 1 night.

Neng and staff were very courteous and kind. Room was cleaned daily. Hotel is right next to a 7-11 and near a local market full of delicious street food vendors. Breakfast is not included in stay & fitness room can be updated. Perhaps remove all the machines, and have just 1 bike, a weight rack and yoga mats.
