Everything went smoothly, very nice staff. The room was clean. The interior has lots of wooden furnitures so it smells like "old". The location is good, near BTS and metro with a little walk. Lumpini park is also easy to go by walking. It was also very quiet because it's not on the main road. Nothing I can think.

1)The booking.com advertisement of the hotel mentions clearly the existence of a "mini bar", I.e. a small fridge with many soft drinks, beer, whiskies etc....Instead we found a kitchenette.That would be ok if you had mentioned a "kitchenette" then I would have given up that hotel as I do not want to cook when I visit a foreign location 2) my wife was STOLEN a skirt most probably by one of the cleaning ladies. Impossible to prove of course and we did not want to lose time filing a complaint with police, which would have been useless anyway. 3) the air conditioning system consists of 2 sensors in each of the adjacent rooms of the junior suite. No remote control and the system is very noisy. Nothing user friendly here. In addition the air conditioning was very NOISY. 4)nearly no written documentation in the room regarding the use of the appliances or the services provided by the hotel.We are senior guests ( 78band 84 year old) and we are not used to so called " intuitive systems" Now , you either respond positively to this list of complaints to my email jmhub@yahoo.fr or you do not and you can forget us as customers. I really enjoyed to location of this property and that it had an insight gym to use. I was placed in a smoking room when I’m a non-smoker. I was also charged 100THB/ extra towel needed. Paying for an extra towel at a hotel was a new experience for me. I normally leave a really nice tip for the staff on my last day to reflect my appreciation for the experience. This time, I did not and it was based wholly on being charged for an extra towel. Otherwise a very decent experience!

I have stayed here 3 years in a row and it is the same staff. Being single. thery always make you feel like a part ot the family. Especiqlly at Songkron Thai new year. they include u in activities. just pillows, they are always super firm and are neck killes if you have degenerative spine disease

The location is good but you have to walk out in a terrible garbage street The bed was terrible, the lack of maintenance, the terrible garbage outside, the light was one white and one soft ( should have all the lights on same ) in general it isn’t a four star hotel

We almost always stay here when in Bangkok. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff are helpful and it's not far from the sky train.

You can't beat the location. The hotel in a 5 min walk to the Gayborhood and in the middle of two BTC stations. There are plenty of restaurants around the property. It is located on a busy side street, and it can be a bit tight finding space to walk since the sidewalks a very narrow or none existent. The hotel has a beautiful pool to cool off in after a busy day in the city. The breakfast is plentiful. The property could use some renovating, especially the tiny bathroom. But the room is big compare to most Bangkok hotel rooms. The tiny bathroom

The staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast had a variety of tasty offerings that I enjoyed. The pool was a nice, refreshing treat to help offset the heat of Bangkok. I was expecting a package to be delivered, but it didn't arrive before I left. They were willing to go the extra mile to ensure the package would follow me to my next destination in Thailand. I really appreciated them taking extra steps to accommodate me in my time of need. NOTHING! Everything was fine. They were very good at making me feel welcomed and appreciated. Greeting me every morning and every evening. Happy to answer all my questions. When I come back to Bangkok, this hotel will be my first choice.
