Friendly staff, quiet neighborhood Airco was noicy

Close to a lot of shops, restaurants and across a 7-Eleven You can hear the noises when housekeeping and neighbors are in the hallway. Almost zero privacy.

I make multiple trips a year to Bangkok and it's always hard to find a comfortable place to stay. I was staying at another hotel but other guests were incredibly loud and I couldn't take it. So grateful I found Sova. The staff is very nice. The bed is great. It's quiet and has a cute cafe on the main floor. There's also a 24hr laundry mat a short walk away. And a 7/11 right across the street. My room didn't have a window but I was just happy to get rest. The hotel is a bit far from the main road but there's plenty of taxis and tuktuks that pass. Will definitely stay again. The one thing that would be nice is if the showers had hot water.

Great place for short stays

The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Room and Hotel very clean. Laundry and several restaurants close by My room (compact single) had no window, so no natural light. It would have been worth mentioning during booking process. Even the staff asks for being quiet at night, I had a noisy neighbor but the staff took care of that immediately

The staff are super friendly, there’s someone at the reception desk 24hours, the bed is comfy and it’s conveniently located right next to two 7-11s. I had the window-less compact room and it was perfectly fine for a 2-night stay where I was outside all day. It’s quite a distance down a busy alley with narrow sidewalks so if you have a suitcase, maybe take a taxi. The walls are quite thin so if you have noisy neighbours you will definitely hear them.

Everything was perfect, and to top it all staff service excellent, they were of great help, kind and very polite. I'd come back again for sure.

It may feel a bit small, but they’ve made excellent use of the space and resources.

The room was overall great (but extremely small as expected from the description), very clean and very friendly and helpful staff. They provided an iron and ironing board upon request. The location is not ideal, because you have to walk quite a bit to reach the BTS and walking the streets in Bangkok is just not super comfortable if there is no elevated walkway. I was also really disappointed I was not able to cancel my stay, because I messaged 15 minutes after cancellation time (I had not considered that the relevant time zone for cancellation would be Bangkok time). They responded slowly and said it would not be possible because the cancellation window had already closed more than a week before, which was incorrect. There was also absolutely nothing they did about it once I arrived (like a small discount or voucher for anything or moving even a part of my booking to different days within the next two months which would have helped me). The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen, not more than 1.5m between the bed and bathroom door. But it was possible to see this when booking, so it does not affect my rating.

Everything was very clean and comfortable! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. When I asked to extend my stay, they upgraded me to a larger room at no extra charge since my original room was already booked. The cafe on the 1F is also really nice with a cozy atmosphere. Everyone just seemed very happy and chilled including the guests - highly recommend! It would've been great if the windows could be opened in all rooms. My second room had a window that I could open and it was very nice:)
