Unfortunately had some concerns during my stay. I was not comfortable with how the room cleaners handled our belongings, as it felt like our personal items were being touched without permission. Also, there didn’t seem to be clear responsibility taken if anything went missing, even when using the safe. This made the experience feel less secure, which was disappointing to us.

- having slippers, toothpaste with a brush - room clean - the staff are very kind and respectful - location is good - from the metro it is pretty hard to get to the hotel with luggage, there is no road for walking people, I do recommend to get the small taxi to drop you to the hotel

The hotel itself big rooms, clean and nice Location was good many things nearby They charged us 800 baht for the late check out Few selection in the breakfast they have rice and pasta for the breakfast which we don’t eat and no cheese and halal food
