Very affordable

Clean and spacious modern room. The hotel has free buggy service 24/7 to near by restaurants and Pratunam market Noisy as the wall has no sound proof. A bit far from BTS if you have luggages. 10 minutes walk through small alley behind the hotel to Phraya Thai BST. Not allow late check out unless paying extra, not service oriented hotel.

Location good Breakfast was limited

First of all, the hotel is extremely strict about the 2:00 PM check-in time — no flexibility and no room for discussion. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by numerous posters listing fines for various violations. The tone feels immature and somewhat disrespectful, as if guests are assumed to behave improperly. I have never seen such an extensive list of fines displayed so prominently, especially not in a hotel claiming higher standards. Room walls are super thin and not soundproof and you can hear everything happening in corridor and other room. Aside from that, the hotel itself is quite basic, offering standard accommodation and dining facilities. They provide a shuttle service halfway to a nearby mall, which is somewhat convenient. The breakfast is decent and starts early, which is a plus. Overall, it’s an average stay, but the strict policies and the way they are communicated leave a negative impression

The noise from all of the doors closing in the corridor was very disruptive to sleep. More efforts should be made to reduce the noise level between rooms as well. You can hear everything.

Very good location. The hotel is near Pratunam Market. Big malls like Platinum, CentralWorld and Big C are also within walking distance. The hotel has a service that can drop you off and pick you up near the those locations as well. The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was not bad but limited in what was available daily. The hotel also only has one service so sometimes, you need to wait a while to be picked up.

The staff of Tarawish were very accommodating. The shuttle service makes it convenient to go to and from shopping areas.The rooms were clean. The room needs better sound proofing. I wish there were more variety in their breakfast food. They served chicken sausage and chicken ham daily.

Room is very spacious. They even provide free Tuktuk rides to Pratunam Market and other areas close to it which was very helpful to us.

It is very accessible to everything though the traffic is very heavy. The staffs are acoommidating and very friendly.

Short walk from Phaya Thai Airport Rail station. (Within 10mins) Big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Clean. Provided some free snacks in the room for welcoming guests. You can hear sounds from the hallway (for eg, other guests talking while walking past your room) with your room door closed - take note for noise sensitive people.

Great location. Close to the airport link and shopping area. The street is a little narrow and confusing for taxis to find sometimes, but that wasn't an issue for us. The room is clean, the service is exceptional, and breakfast was okay. We will definitely stay there again.

Exceptional

There is no housekeeping after 3pm. I had found a stain on the bed after I came back to the room and they could not change the sheets because there wasn’t anyone available to change the sheets. The hot water in the shower was a game of luck. The water heater would not come on and we would have to keep putting the water off and on to try get a hot shower. The room was smelly. They also did not replenish the hand soap for a 5 day stay.

Overall the room is very spacious, the staff is helpful and ready to help 24/7, which was very appreciated. The location is not too bad, but it is a 16m walk to the closest station, unless you always grab a taxi. The room was very clean. As mentioned, the location. It is quite far from the station. Room amenities: no slippers nor razors were provided, which are usually included in other hotels. More than these, though: THE SOUNDS. The doors are not soundproofed at all, and even the walls don't do much. I unfortunately kept hearing other guests every single night, talking loudly and slamming doors at 4 am. One night, the noise from a partying group was so bad that I had to request a room change at 2 am. Appreciated the help from the staff, but it's insane that it had to come to this. Moreover, even the new room on another floor was not spared from noises, even though it was a bit better. Another point: most of the staff don't speak English fluently, which can make communication difficult. Hope this is helpful!
