The Airport Courtyard Suvarnabhumi Airport

Location, free shuttle 2 ways to Airport. Small hotel, open airy lobby & generally clean This is not 5 stars property. I can tell only 3 stars. It was short transit in BKK, for our next destination. Deposit 1000 Baht in cash for 1 night Be extra careful with bathroom , due to weird design the bathtub, It might dangerous with water & slippery floor . Hallway looks gloomy & with dark color carpet. Hard mattress & cheap furniture in room. Breakfast very limited choices

Clean, large room with ample space in the bathroom I wish they would provide 2 key cards. The room was very hot and the air conditioner took awhile to cool down the room. When leaving, the room was left without a key card in the room and so A/C was turned off when you removed the only key card. Tub/ shower is not safe at all. For someone who has knee pain or balance issues, falls are bound to happen. There is no step stool to get in the shower which is also inside the tub. Water splashed everywhere. There was no curtain to keep water from splashing onto the floor. You could use towels provided to keep water from flowing down, but you would be left with no towel to dry off. The elevators and hallway did not have A/C.

It was very close to BKK airport which was what we needed. The room was clean and we note that it was completely renovated, big and comfortable. The hall ways, stairwells and lobby need a complete overhaul- old, tired, dark and the carpet was not clean at all.

My view from my room

Airport transfer shuttle. Available for 04:30, 05:30, 06:30 and later every half past the hour. The hotel requires either a 1000 THB cash deposit or leaving your passport in exchange for the room key. This policy was not communicated in advance and is not mentioned in the official rules, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. As I did not have cash at the time, I was asked to leave my passport at reception. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, as it is not standard practice to hold such an important personal document. In addition, the hotel is located in a questionable area, which further affected the overall sense of safety during the stay. Due to the lack of transparency, poor handling of guest security, and the location, I would not recommend this hotel.

Property is ok for a short stay if you want to be close to the airport and have the advantage of the free shuttle Not very close to shops and restaurants

Beds are hard but we are finding most beds in Thailand are hard if not even harder than this one.

Shuttle to from airport Breakfast Yikes seemed super dirty and sketchy You had to step way up into the shower.

Closer to Airport Courtyard…. Fell for the name. After paying and going there come to know this is not Marriott. Not sure how come Marriott not sued them. All the guest need to use the airport shuttle at the same time otherwise we have to pay 250 thb per person. This does not make sense when different person has different flight timings somebody need to travel in taxi. Bathtub was another joke.

Close to BKK airport and free shuttle. Bathroom had tub on raised platform but no shower and no shower curtain. Window in bathroom open to outside allowed mosquitoes into the room.

Excellent airport hotel with free airport pickup. Great breakfast. Large comfy room. Pool was a great extra. Not much to do in the surrounding area but some restaurants, markets etc. Could get a late check out for a small extra fee.
