Excellent stay with clean, comfortable rooms and outstanding hospitality. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would gladly stay here again.

The facilities are very old, the rooms need renovation. There were some small cockroaches in my room and bloodstained sheets.

You can stay at much better places for a fraction more. It's very grimy and weathered, often the lobby smelt quite bad. The pool, Whilst technically clean the lounges and facilities were not clean at all.

Room size and swimming pool Dirty and unhelpful dishonest staff.

Size of room Room was dirty. I had bugs all over my bed and on my clothes and under my pillows when I came back into my room after being out. I instantly checked out and booked somewhere else

Once moved the rooms was 100% cleaner and spacious it was like 2 different hotels Firstly when we first arrived I had to pay before being shown the room when given the room went from bad to worse the walls was yellow from nicotine the fan that was so old and full of dust the sink and toilet had scum around and someone else's public hair in it urine under toilet seat balcony you couldn't walk on for dirt and the filthy pipes the mosquito shields was broken a layer of dust on the loover doors bed was a broken piece of wood cockroaches was in the bathroom. I actually sat up all night as there was not anyone in reception until morning i went down stairs demanded a refund and was told i could have a upgrade and was mooved to the otherside of this hotel that was completely different and was really quite nice I am doing this to warn people about this stay as it seems if people dont complain you will be put in the dirty side of the hotel I contacted bookings but still have not received a reply regarding all these issues I sent numerous photographs

Pool and gym No management, so some front office staff have a very poor attitude

Well first of all I would like to say the receptionist was very rude and don’t know how to greet guest. The inside of the hotel was much more different than the pictures shown. It looks old and some parts of the room was about to get broken. There was only towel and water which I think is not worth for the price. I would not really recommend you this hotel.

The swimmingpool is the main reason why I stay in this hotel. I also like the area. Not so many tourists... Could be cleaner.. but the cleaning staff have bad equipment for cleaning.. so I don't blame them..

Had a big pool and gym which was good. Big rooms and good location. Not the cleanest rooms

The staff were friendly There was loads of messages everywhere about stains on bedding etc and extra charges and my room was gross and had stains on the bedding and walls etc not nice , were bugs in the room too

swimming pool avaliable staff not friendly at all and very demanding no atmosphere because there is signs everywhere about what not to do. everywhere. The building does not match the pictures and look quite outrun. Had it best times like 30 years ago I believe

Friendly staff, clean rooms, walking distance to some shops abd restaurants

Amazing swimming pool and gym on the property. Large room that was cleaned every day. Great value for money. Quite a distance from major malls, but one can take a Grab or Bolt taxi to get around.

Good big clean room with huge comfy bed. Good shower and facilities. Pool was seperate from hotel and required to pass to enter. The hotel only provides 1 pass a day.. Additional passes cost 200bht. So you cant come and go throughout the day.

Not much The rooms floor was very dirty, the furniture was very old. I would guess 20 years old. The tap in the bathroom was literally a trickle. The shower was the same, it took three times as long to have a shower because the jet was so small. I only stayed for two night but l did not unpack my cases due to the lack of cleanliness. I would definately not stay here again.
