I like the location of this hotel, how everything designed inside and hotel service as well. This is a new hotel located not far from the river. There was no river smell which can be quite stinky during the rainy season. Everything is new and very clean inside. Room service is also perfect. Water quality is good as well. Near the hotel i discovered around 5 massage salons and lots of small and big restaurants. Two shopping malls are also in walking distance))) Also, what I appreciated, they extended my check-out time for free. I made a bookmark to return there for my next trip. I really regret that I should return to my country so fast.

We commend Sir Po and all other members of the hotel staff for the good service we had throughout our stay. Communication is not a problem, they speak good English. The location is good, with 711 around the corner and many eateries nearby. They provide 2 bottles of water daily. If it's not enough, you can refill your bottle at the dispensing machine outside for just THB 1. They do daily room cleaning. We opted not to have it daily, but they still bring us water, fresh towels, 3in1 coffee and small sponge cake snacks. The bed and pillows are comfy enough. The room has a big wardrobe cabinet and a lot of shelves/spaces to organize your stuff. Ref is adequate. Inverter aircon is a plus. The hotel requires a THB 500 deposit upon check-in that they will return when you check out, assuming no damages or whatever issues. We enjoyed our stay at The Cosy River! More like suggestions: - to have 2 key cards per room. You need key card to enter the facility. When one of us goes down/out, the room gets dark and warm because you have to take out the key card. - to have like signages we can hang on the door knob if we do/don't want room cleaning, so we don't have to inform the reception desk each day. - to make the daily fresh towels optional when we do not avail room cleaning. To be more ecofriendly, it's okay for us not to change towels yet after just 1 use. - to use reusable water bottles or pitcher instead of plastic bottles - to have floor rag/towel inside the toilet - to have bigger coffee cups or mug. We find the coffee cups too small. - to have like a plastic cup at the toilet to put toothbrushes in and keep them standing up, for hygiene purposes

Location is good. There are restaurants nearby and a 7/11 store. Sena Fest mall is walking distance. There is also a bank located across Sena Fest. Krung Thonburi station is 10-min walk from the place. IconSiam is 2 stations away (Gold line). Toiletries, towels and water were provided. (can't remember if it's daily) :) The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Nothing really. We just noticed that there were ants on the bathroom and we don't know where they came from. It's not really a big deal for us.
