Bathroom was not comfortable with no toothbrush and the breakfast was disaster..juices have no taste and coffee was like water.They still used the traditional style key for the room and when asked for spare key they said they dont have it.Hospitality was worst.

Comfortable bed Room with a city view was a painted out screwed down window with zero view. Photos are misleading, roof leaking. Get stung for a 2000 cash deposit as soon as you go in the door. Breakfast certainly not appealing. No kettle in Room, despite having cups and sugar

nothing lots of groups so you have to keep avoiding bumping into others, horrible breakfast that we skipped because if not bad looking Indian food only shelf bread with no butter and coffee. Front desk very rude yelling at guests. Worst representation of the Thai friendliness we found everywhere else. I mistakenly booked and couldn’t have more regret.

The location was good, walking distance from many of the shopping centres and the BTS. It's like a station, lots of groups. The common area are crowded and the staff are limited and looked stressed. The facilities are limited and breakfast area is crowded.
