10 day stay. Staff, breakfast, quiet room big plus!!! Great view of the city, bar staff (Wiset, M, Arty) good guys, room cleaners 23 floor, excellent, check in staff, door staff. I accidently dropped about $4,000 BT on the floor near the lobby stairs and a staff member saw that happen and promptly brought me the cash I dropped. The food at the restaurants was excellent. The room was a nice size. Price was fair. Good to have small shopping stores nearby. The welcome snacks and bottled water were appreciated. The elevators were great. Bathroom is set up nicely. The quietest hotel we've ever stayed at, HUGE plus!!! There were no deal breakers. Overall great hotel. Maybe an extra room key, It's a small pain to reset the tv and other electrical devices each time you remove the room key and the room power goes off. especially when you leave the room for just a little while, like for breakfast. And then the air conditioner also goes off when you leave for longer periods and you come back to a hot room. Room needs a microwave, bigger tv, more comfotable furniture than just office chairs, and not cloth chairs (couple small stains). location was a small issue, not much to do in the close area around the hotel, but that's not something the hotel can change easily. Because there's not much to do around the hotel area, maybe more inclusive entertainment, movie threatre, karaoke bar at night, bingo, Interactive events? Just a few quick ideas. The hotel has a very business like vibe, almost to sanitary feeling. Just some thoughts. We really enjoyed our stay, and look forward to coming to stay again around December 2026. Please consider holding room 2323 when we come back (-: it was a great comfortable room. Unless we decide to upgrade to a bigger better room next visit. (-:

The facilities were excellent, with everything well-maintained and modern. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff provided good service and were always helpful. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the airport and the city. Nothing significant to mention—overall, it was a great stay.

Spacious room, good airco, bed and pillow. Desk for working. Clean and proper bathroom with hot and cold water and good shower. Great and extensive breakfast buffet. Dinner options. Nice pool overlooking the skyline. Proper gym with good airco. Helpful and kind staf Location not close to Center or tourist spots (but airport is easily reached). More a business hotel.

The hotel is clean The crew see you struggling with your luggage for the taxi. No one acts and see anything, the room card was early deactivated and weren't able to use the elevator and had to go down again to ask what is happening took us 30 min. The worst of everything is the swim pool which you can't order drinks because there is no one at the bar. Boring hotel and can't believe the rating that shows on booking that its given by real guests. No vibe, no rooftops bar for such a large hotel. Serious advice don't go there it's in the middle of nothing there is nothing nearby. Even not for one night. For a 5 star hotel i never felt so bored. They mainly host flight crew members and chinese guests in suites. Its a clean hotel the rooms are large but there is Seriously nothing to do or to see. The restaurant and bars or coffee corner doesn't have any view. The hotel owner should reconsider the pool and the bars location especially because the hotel is so isolated from any fun places. TO MAKE IT WORTH STAYING. Its in the middle of nothing

I liked the shower pressure and temperature. The nice view from the window. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The food. It wasn't bad, it tasted like hotel food though. Street food, or small vendor food is a better option. Thai food is so good and everyone makes it, so it's easy to find elsewhere.

Excellent service as our room connected and in the shower hot water was not available and fixed immediately by the technician, ? all is well maintained. Break fast way too expensive, we paid a om for one night and breakfast should be included , downside in pricing .

For me, the best thing of the stay was the comfort of the bed. You could just sink into them. The view from the hotel room was amazing. Friendly staff and no issues with anything.

Wonderful hotel! So clean and spacious and comfortable rooms and beds! Nice swimming pool. Has sunlight in the afternoon We knew before but keep in mind that you need a taxi (can be arranged in some minutes by the staff!) to the city center. Costs no more than 300 bath so no problem at all.
