Guest can easily be heard if they are downstairs smoking, and same as inside rooms. You can here through walls I could here both sides of what each other guest were watching on TELEVISION.

No pool, but it wouldn’t keep me from staying again.

It was near from most of the things I need it, the man who responsible on the parking was amazing and helpful person, housekeeping team nice I lost the room key ( normal card nothing unique) and they charge me, I feel it wasn’t nice specially I stayed 10 days in the hotel, I requested baby bed but no one cares from the reception at all

Between the airport and the city. Great location, 711 A Ross the street. Street food abundant. Not a big deal, but the elevator needs some updates as its everyone's first impressions.

Modern and property. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had a deluxe kind during a layover in Bangkok. The location is actually a little further from the airport than I expected and there are limited food options nearby. Based on what I needed it for it was perfect.

Near the airport. Staff is friendly. Close to 7/11 I stayed here when the place first opened and it was really great value for money, it was clean and perfect for a night before a flight. Since then the place has been run down. I checked in to my room and there was hair on the floor, dust and dirt on the table and in the bathroom - I asked to switch rooms because it was dirty and the new room was a bit better but still dirty. This place has huge potential but I will not be staying here again.

7 eleven is also right next to it. Very weird hotel that is located in an industrial area on almost a parking lot to be honest. Every part is scattared around. Far away from everything and not that close to the airport...

Clean! Price! Friendly staff! Too far from center

Comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Small workout space close to the main building was nice. Not much within walking distance, but 7-11 and Lotus are convenient. A bit far from most of the action in Bangkok, but just about 25 minute drive to the airport which is great.

It was nice and clean, far away enough from the busy tourist spots which was a plus for people who like quiet. Breakfast was pricey and the air conditioner was positioned away from the bed—it was hotter near the sleeping area.

Very helpful staff.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rugs in the hallways were very dirty. The noise from customers arriving all night and thin walls meant I got no sleep.it is 20 mn from the airport.

Comfort and near BKK airport, it had literally everything you need as a hotel, there's 7/11 and street food near by and the free coffee is amazing! Definitely will come back. Nothing.
