The breakfast was OK Did you not clean my room properly? They didn’t clean it at all. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. AC was not working as well.

It’s a quiet residential area, so you get a more local and relaxed experience rather than a busy tourist atmosphere. The location is very convenient, with Lotus’s, 7-Eleven (open 24/7), Big C Mini, and MaxValu all within walking distance -MaxValu is especially great for a wider selection of products. There are also street food vendors, pharmacies nearby, and the staff are friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Plus a good rotating breakfast with soups, local dishes, pancakes, salads, and fresh fruits like watermelon and pineapple (April). If I had known, I would have chosen a room with a park view instead of a city view. Occasionally, there can be noise from loud motorcycles passing by, although it’s still much quieter compared to staying closer to the city center. It's good, however soundproofing for windows in rooms facing the city could be improved, mainly due to occasional noise from loud, poorly maintained motorcycles passing by.

Come on you must know from the thousands of complaints that this (I won't call it an hotel) is a complete and utter SHITHOLE.

The room is nice, but old worn out furniture. Clean sheets and towels, big beds. Breakfast has great choices, but if you come after 9 AM, multiple food trays are empty. Bad Location. To get to any tourist areas, takes 40 minutes and to get back to the hotel more than 60 minutes by taxi. The beds feel like rock, but were ok with padded mattress cover Shower does not reach bathtub to fill with warm water.

Location is quite far from downtown bangkok . Everytime I had to go to main centre attractions like siam centre , siam pragon, pratunam , safari world , I had to book a grab taxi which is quite costly.

Poor quality bedding (stains, holes & tears in all the sheets). No working AC. No hot water for showering. Standing water in bathroom behind toilet upon arrival. Spotty internet service. Non-working door locks. Located on a busy road with loud traffic through the night. Found staff to be rude & un-hospitable.

Too far from everything than expected

There are 3 things I impress, First the hotel is located at Chokchai 4, where you can find the food all night long. Second, service from the staff at front is excellent! She took care of us so good and politely even it was a late night. The last one is breakfast, they served at your room. We ordered chicken porridge and late coffee, the coffee was a bit too sweet, but the porridge was delicious! What I don't like is about the clean in room. Floor is suppose to be more clean. Pillows are too flat and 2 more needed. And also towels was clean but too old.

Spacious suite with kind professional staff and walkable location. Nearby markets and restaurants. Clean large-sized swimming pool. Clean water delivered every morning. Bathtub didn’t have hot water nor a drain stopper. Breakfast.

The staff, they can’t speak English so you cant communicate with whenever you need anything, iron they don’t have in their room which all hotels they have. They don’t brush the floor we stayed there for 7 days they change only the towel and the bed sheet and blanket they don’t even change at all..
