The location was great, staff super nice, room was nice and big. The pool was a lovely extra. The breakfast was relatively average. Breakfast was good but not amazing.

The rooftop pool area could be maintained a bit better as it felt slightly run down. The gym’s cardio equipment was not working. The room had a strange smell when the air conditioning was turned off. One night was quite noisy due to neighbours; while not the hotel’s fault, the room insulation could be better.

Didn’t expect it, but it turned out to be one of our best stays in Thailand thanks to the excellent price-to-value ratio. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a massive smart TV-great for watching whatever you want after a long day. The swimming pool was amazing and much more inviting than at some other places we stayed in Bangkok. The 24/7 reception was also a big plus, since we had to check out at 2 AM. The location is good, but not great- I’d rate it 8.5/10. If you want to get to the malls, it’s often faster to walk 20 minutes than to wait for a Grab or use public transport. The main street in front had major roadworks, which made using Grab difficult. Yes, the room had a damp/moist smell, and you could sometimes notice it when coming back from outside. The room also didn’t have a decent view (our room was facing big parking)

unreal hotel! the staff is extremely friendly. the room is cleaned every day, you get new towels every day. Pool and gym towels are also available. you can get all appliances and toiletries that you didn't bring (hand luggage restrictions) from the staff! the breakfast is abundant and extremely high quality! if I could, I would stay for life! Everything was perfect!

The best customer service mind of staff of all level especially the young lady at the front desk during my checked in time. The room was airy, good water pressure, strong WiFi and good air con. The breakfast was good and tasty with many variety to choose. It was few minutes walk from BTS. It was not hotel false, the area from BTS to hotel are on construction process, it was not convenient to walk to hotel.

The property is amazing. The location is a bit off the center, but the BTS station is right outside the door. Breakfast is diverse and the view from there is great. Location
