The staff is exceptional. They are kind, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The greeting they give you at check-in makes all your travel challenges melt away. We were upgraded upon arrival, which was a lovely and welcome surprise. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. Honestly, we felt very special when arriving in our room. The bed is the best we've ever slept in; the linens are soft, the pillows are sleep-inducing (must find out what brand they are), and the king bed is the perfect mix of firm and soft. The location is ideal, tucked away off the busy main road but close to everything in the area. (noise won't wake you) I highly recommend this lovely boutique hotel and all it has to offer.

My first stay at the Salis Hotel in Bangkok was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel came highly recommended, and it definitely did not disappoint. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the friendly front desk staff and attentive bellman who assisted with my luggage. Although I arrived a bit early from the airport and my room was not yet ready, the staff made me feel comfortable right away with a welcome drink, popcorn, and even a complimentary room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. The room itself was beautiful, well-appointed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the hospitality and service exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning very soon.

The bathroom does not have easy egress and ingress. The bathtub was far too high. The room overall didn’t have a clean and spacious feeling. The finishings throughout the room looked rushed and not polished.

Loved the location, the Thong Lo station was within walking distance so you could go anywhere. The staff was amazing and so helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was top notch, there were many choices available and they also had a little cafe with many great choices. N/A

The rooftop swimming pool was nice even if not many sun beds were available. Breakfast was very nice and changing from day to day. The room felt humid. You could feel it on the sheets and even my passport bent a little staying days in there because of the high humidity.

Breakfast - has variety, especially when we stay for a few nights, the menu changes daily. The dress up - interesting concept, but perhaps the hotel can give guest the option to pay for makeup and hairdo The fridge - it was making noises every night. The flooring leading to the room was not clean. The pillow was too soft, with 2 pillows, it became too high, not comfortable at all

Great location and room size was pretty decent & clean . Hotel didn't provide laundry service. They outsource and it took for ages as i had to keep chasing them .Housekeeping cleaned the room but forgot the toilet roll and bath towels - had to call them and remind.

The location was great, close to the BTS and restaurants. A couple nights we heard some loud noises, talking and slamming doors from the other room. There is a washer and dryer on site to use but there were no coins at the front desk so we had to wait until the next day.

Location was amazing. Near the BTS and main road. Property has been maintained but can be seen that it’s old. We had quite a few light hiccups in our room with the switches not working and lights unable to be switched off. Nonetheless they were quick to send someone to solve it. Felt abit expensive for a week $900, not that value for money.
