Good location near the immigration department (25 min walk) and quiet. I booked a room for March 24th-25th, Standard Queen Room with a queen bed . When I arrived, I was informed that it was no longer available. They put two single beds together in room 408, which was uncomfortable for me and my girlfriend.

It was good and comfortable. The cleaning staff is able to clean your room often which was awsome.

We liked that it was in the Government Complex area It didn’t look as pretty and clean as in the photos. When we arrived there were no toiletries and shampoo in the bathroom. The room wasn’t fully prepared for the arrival of new guests. Pretty far from the metro station

Only 1 card per room, but card needed for elevator, room, and air con? Hopefully 2 people in a room never go on their own way. Very remote location, but mrt not far.

Convenient to DMK, short walk to Metro. Quiet neighborhood, Restaurants located nearby. Security deposit required, quickly refunded at checkout. Needs a bed-side reading lamp and Room.light switch. Power (if needed) not convenient to bed (that I could find).

So close to Immigration Division 1. Hotel has taxi service and u want using grab, it’s also okay. Immigration from hotel is about 9 minute route.

Location close to government complex I was surprised to see someone’s McDonald’s left in a drawer but overall cleanliness is good.
