Staff was very good, helpfull and lovely atmosphere in reception was promising and high class. There was sings of aging especially at the pool area. All in all hotel needs a litlle refresh.

The rooftop bar is a complete rip off. We knew it would be expensive so we're prepared for the inflated price for two tiny cocktails and figured we may as well try it since we were there. But on arrival we were given a menu and put into the smoking area where we were served our drinks. We assumed there would be somewhere to sit on the rooftop, but there were only seating or tables for people who had reserved the restaurant. So after standing with our overpriced cocktails for approximately 15 minutes, £70 down, we left disappointed and will not go back. Everything else about the hotel itself was perfect, but there are much nicer and cheaper rooftop bars in the city. I echo a lot of reviewers and tell you not to bother.

This hotel is nice but some of their entrances doesn’t feel luxurious. The beds are too hard and so are the pillows. Not ideal for a 5 star. Breakfast was nice and lovely. Some entrances has a funny smell

Friendly and awesome staff and service. Each time we come back from shopping, we felt very welcome home. Thanks to the staff who helped to open the car door, press the lift etc. A bit far from the central eg from CentralWorld that area.

Property was in a great location, clean and nice. Showers are very slippery but otherwise everything was very nice!

The beds were comfortable. Under going some work and many areas smelled like sewage.

Lebua Tower is indeed a great place. The Club was great with snacks and drinks all day long. Breakfast by the pool was superb. Views from the top breathtaking. The mould smell in the suite. By design those are very long suites. Bedroom was fine but we first had to walk through the living room with a horrible mould smell. I guess no ventilation goes ever there , due to Bangkok hot weather air conditioning is on all the time.

Great location and fantastic views from the room. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Rooms are very outdated . Do not fall for the scam of the roof top bar, be aware of outrageous pricing.
