Out of all the places we stayed in Bangkok, this one was my favorite. The staff were genuinely kind, understanding, and very accommodating. Our room had two single beds, both extremely comfortable, and the room itself was spotless. Breakfast was a standout experience, with fresh food cooked in front of you on request. We also had a balcony, and I really enjoyed sitting there every morning. The location is excellent, surrounded by small restaurants and bars, with two 7-Elevens less than a five-minute walk away. The inner courtyard, from the villa’s renovation into a hotel, gives the place a peaceful, almost self-contained atmosphere. The few drawbacks which are not the hotel’s fault. There can be early-morning noise from nearby tourists, as the property is next to a hostel across from a cannabis dispensary. Parking and taxi access can be a bit tricky due to the narrow alley, though walking a short distance makes it manageable. Also, based on conversations with other guests during our stay, some rooms do not have windows, which is worth keeping in mind when booking.

Staff was really nice, the room was clean and nd breakfast is ok. I recommend this place! The neighborhood is great.

This was a charming stay in Bangkok’s Old Town. The hotel has lots of great character and it’s tucked away on a quiet street. The location is close enough to walk to temples and other attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. A great option if you’re looking for something modest, clean and comfortable!

the AC was right on top of our beds accross us so that was a big issue, we tried different settings but we ended up couldnt sleep for two nights because we were really cold and its not comfortable. also there was no elevator .

The hotel is small and has a peaceful vibe, the area outside the rooms has lots of plants and is pleasant. The rooms have non-functional windows, so the fourth room lacks natural light. The pillows are so high that I couldn't use them because my head would be in an uncomfortable position. The breakfast is basic and limited. I think it would be an excellent hostel, but as a hotel, I think it leaves something to be desired. Especially considering that the daily rate is similar to other larger and better-located hotels.

It was normal place. Clean and comfortable. Don’t expect too much. There was a woman who knocked the door terribly like we are a thief. It was 12 o’clock and check out time. We were ready just changing clothes. She knocked that hard, i thought it is earthquake. Soooo rudeeeee!!!!! Staff should be kind and understanding.

The boutique local is located in a strategic area close to the heart of Bangkok but also in a very local area full of nice restaurants and little shops. We stayed in the lavander suite that was lovely! The staff is very friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Very good with various options for breakfast for additional price. Highly recommended
