Vib Best Western Sanam Pao

The staff were really helpful and friendly The hot water machine for tea was not turned on early enough. Would be nice to be able to order simple brreakfasttt maybe hard boiled eggs, a fresh pastry or toast for example. The pastry provided was awful and tuna sandwich for breakfast is not appealing for me. The sealant in the shower and bathroom vanity needs to be changed it is moldy and the towels could do with upgrading they are very worn - but clean, Otherwise the room and bathrooms are very clean.

Excellent mattress and pillows. Interesting breakfast. Perfect location. Pounding loud music in the lobby and fitness room from early morning.

Best location and the work station as well as the complimentary mini bar. Sometimes I heard the noise when they move the water glasses around. It was so annoying

The bathroom was well set out and hotel did supply additional pillow when requested. Bed was comfortable, however no space down one side. Comfortable desk chair, good layout Breakfast was average and after day 3 opted to get breakfast out or make my own. The TV stations (english speaking) only worked occasionally. The property states a restaurant on location - however this is false. No restaurant. Air conditioning - on off but could not change temp etc.

The value for the room was good. The staff was super attentive and friendly and got us checked in upon arrival. They were great at any questions we asked and location of the hotel was great for us exploring Ari district. The rooms were a bit dated but nonetheless, very comfortable. Air con worked great and the bathrooms were very spacious. There was minimal lighting so doing makeup was not ideal. The shower was strong, but inside the shower needed some deep cleaning. There were some mold and hard water stains in the shower.

Excellent location, just beside the Sanam Pao BTS station and the breakfast was nice. The staffs are friendly and helpful. maintain the current condition

They don’t provide toothbrush and toothpaste The lobby and dining area air conditioning is not working, Thailand is already hot so I hope they can maintain the air condition working.

Close to BTS station and easy to get to downtown or out of the town Breakfast has imited options.

The location is good. It is beside the BTS rail - allows for quick and economical access to many areas of Bangkok. The rooms are extremely small. We had a King corner room and it was small. The lighting in the rooms is not user friendly. The safe is on the floor in a nook, you need to be on your hands and knees to access it. The main issue was-no hot water. In the five days we had one warm shower, the rest were cold. We left early, and because we used Booking.com for our reservation, the hotel has refused to give us a refund for the unused nights. Honestly I am surprised that the Best Western hotel chain associates their name with this facility.

The location that is very closed to train station. The cleanliness was affected because we had breakfast, and there were jams that accidentally slid on the table. For our 3-day stay, the said jam was there and had never been wiped out.

My second time stay here, and Still my favorite hotel for convenience with travel. Shower needs fixing.
