I liked the opportunity to use their swimming pool very close by, location could not be better and I like the security safe in the room There used to be another property by the same name nearby. It makes it confusing to find at first

Very noisy due to all night partying on the street this hotel is on makes it difficult to sleep well. Housekeeping wasn't taken care of until 2-3 p.m. Far too late.

It is a typical 'center-hotel'; not much care is put in the service, because they know they will have people book it anyway, just because of the location. So if you just want to get drunk on Khao San Road and sleep it out somewhere; then it's a great hotel for you. If you have a certain standard when staying in hotels, then I would suggest to keep on looking. The bed was okey, though; and the towels also seemed quite new and fluffy. Airco worked and balcony was spacious My room was a little schmutzig, as was the hallway. A lot of hair everywhere. Walls, doors, and bins have been neglected, so it feels all a bit grubby. Beds and towels were clean though. Staff seemed to be annoyed with my mere presence; I felt kinda unwelcome. I have to mention that I stayed there during Sonkran - so staff might have been at the max of their patience. Still: I felt happy when I could check out again. Sorry!
