The overall vibe of this hotel is hip and modern. It’s consistent throughout. The location is superb, with an annex to a sky train station. The staff is super efficient. The swimming pool could be chaotic in the afternoon with kids.

The room was perfect, fun, different, colorful. Excellent bedding, very quiet AC, great lighting. Everything was clean and functional. The TV infomercial flow is better then ever at advertising W properties. We used the pool in the afternoon... .. a great touch was a complimentary bowl of oranges brought to our cabana We were there in St Valentine's... the chocolates were delivered two times, by mistake

Great rooms. Spacious and bed was very comfortable. The restaurant/bar was waiting staff was not good. Sat there for a 20 minutes before and on came to the table. They then proceeded to leave a menus and left again for 15-10 minutes. They finally came took the menus and told us kitchen was closed.

the room, and hotel through out, is very well designed and has many items available at the counter and minibar of the room. Breakfast was great and the staff all around do their utmost to make sure your expectations are met and more. The price is much higher than at other hotels at similar level and am not sure if that extra splash of style and splendor is really worth it! My son used the fitness but mentioned it was a bit small for such a big hotel with many guests. But enjoyed every minute of it....
