Great location in Sathorn walkable to BTS & MTS (though the stations, and ticketing, are totally separate). It’s right next to a pre-school / kindergarten (same building) and an insurance-company headquarters (separate building), in a neighbourhood with foreign-embassies : you cannot find any safer. Facilities are reliable (good fit at this price-range) but most certainly a taste of an earlier generation of Bangkok construction & fixtures (e.g. water-heater for shower).

Small room but good value for the price. Breakfast was toast, fruit, coffee, tea. No a/c in hallways/lobby. Somewhat hard to find as set back from street and hidden by next door building. No pool.

The hotel is located next to Lumpini Park in a safe area. Very clean and quiet room, helpful staff. Late check-in is an option. Easy to reach the airport (subway station next to hotel). AAA+++

We stayed here as it was the only 'normal priced' room we could find on NYE. Our stay was fine, the location is good. There are no facilities in the hotel. The room is oldschool, but was ok. The aircon was good, large room and good workdesk. . The lady at the desk wasnt very friendly to my child. When we moved the beds together, hair and dust showed under the bed. Besides that the room was clean.

This hotel is incredible. The location is perfect, everything from the lobby to the corners of the room behind the bed were cleaned and well maintained, the price is top tier, the service was excellent and above all they have some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I'll be back! Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. Located in quiet area so you can have comfortable night sleep. The hotel related to some kind of church or Christian organization but not really an issue. The location however a little bit far from the nearest train station and you need to walk 10-20 minutes to reach Si Lom area. Or you can use Grab Bike which is super cheap. No issues with the hotel just the location not that near to everything. Nearest 7 eleven also almost 7-8 minutes walking.
