NOTHING AT ALL Booked for 2 nights and left after the first one. On booking it said I could check in until 10pm when I got there at 9.30pm no one was there, I was “checked in” by a guest of theirs whom was kind enough to do this for me. Next day at 9am one of their Thai staff knocked on my door shouting hello, I opened and she said I had to give her my passport, and pay a deposit which I was very confused since my room didn’t come with anything I could even damage. I told her I didn’t have the cash and asked to pay card she said no, she said to pay her in dollars but Thailand doesn’t even use dollars, the situation was very sketchy and I didn’t feel safe as a solo traveler so I told her I’d rather check out (mind you this was at 9am) this woman literally stood by the door watching me pack and I couldn’t even have privacy to put my bra on or anything. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. My room was not as advertised, no window no anything literally just a bed. And the shared bathroom was disgusting filled with flies and bugs and cables everywhere on the ceiling, please do yourself a favor and do not stay here.

Location and my room was okay. Staff is a bit rude.

It’s in a good location, near to BTS but you have to walk if you have a lot of luggages. The staff, especially that Thai lady who only speaks English, she was not very welcoming. She tried to explain how the room card works and because of her accent, I was not clear, so I asked her again, and she asked me “ Are you listening to me ?? “ in a rude aggressive tone. And I was not treated well. The other staff they are fine. Plus, as it’s a common bathroom, it stinks and it was not well maintained.

Already contact after booked the hostel regardless of late upon arrival at airport around 11.00PM. Before reached BKK, staff already showed the video for key room, but once arrived, there was no key left. Burned for one night. The rest is good.

The hostel is on 3 floors. Each floor has 4 rooms that share a bathroom. I was on the top floor and felt like the bathroom was my own. It is basically 2 m from all the rooms. It's cleaned regularly throughout the day. The room had a double bed, air conditioning, and desk. Very close to railways and buses. 2 x 7-11's within 500 m. And a few very reasonably priced restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay. Location great and close to everything and accessible to all places by public transport. Fridge, hot water, and washing machine are all available. I requested to drop off my bags at 7am, and it wasn't a problem. There is only one communal lounge area on the bottom floor. It has a sofa, fridge, and microwave. The only problem is that the staff sit there ALL DAY and smoke, so the guests cannot use it. I stayed for 5 days, and I can't remember a time when they were not sitting there. So if you are only after a room and not shared areas, then this place is great. It would be a good suggestion to have separate areas for staff and guests.

good location poor hygiene , unclean bed sheet and bath towel

This place is the literal definition of a hole in the wall, and its only saving grace was its close proximity to where I had to be, and the price. I ended up seeing the poor reviews after booking for two weeks, I wasn't going to pay half the sum just to cancel, so I bit the bullet and went anyway. Staff presence is spotty at best and if you are checking in late at night, you better hope the staff have your self check-in set up. This process was not mentioned beforehand, and if I wasn't able to call their Thai phone number, I would've been SOL. Another customer arrived the second night I was there and they could not check in at all, because their self check in was not set up. I saw one guy just sleeping in the lobby another night, I guess the same thing happened to him. The room pictures are complete baloney. My "family room" was a small room with no windows, and a putrid mold smell came from the private bathroom. I wasn't going to waste time calling the staff again, so I just bought some bleach and went to work. After my own proper cleaning, the room was livable. The staff like to leave the front door wide open to the building during the day, which allows mosquitos and other bugs to flood into the place. I kept my door closed at all times, and blocked the air gaps to the non-working ventilation fan. If you don't do this, expect to be bitten all night. You must keep your door unlocked for room service to come in. What this place needs is a professional cleaning, screen doors and windows to keep the bugs out, and a proper check in system if the staff isn't going to always be there. I don't expect a place this cheap to be spotless, but it should be clean enough to not be hazardous to people's health. Either way, if you plan on staying here, expect some effort on your part to make it comfortable enough. If you're willing to pay marginally more, better places can be had in Bangkok.
