ทำเลดี เข้าเมืองสะดวก ใกล้รถไฟฟ้า ไปสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิสะดวก มาจากจังหวัดภาคตะวันออกง่าย ดูจากทะเบียนรถ ลูกค้าส่วนใหญ่เป็นชาวภาคตะวันออก สั่งอาหารจากข้างนอกมากินได้ คุณกีวี่ทำความสะอาดห้องดี ปูเตียงเรียบร้อย ไม่เข้าทำความสะอาดสามวันยังตึงอยู่เลย ไม่มีเครื่องซักผ้าในโรงแรม ออกไปซักไกลมากต้องเรียกแทกซี่ไปกลับเพราะเดินลำบาก อุตส่าห์มีระเบียง แดดก็ดี แตไม่มีราวตาก ไม่งั้นจะทนซักมือ ถามน้องพนักงานฟรอนต์ว่ามีเครื่องซักผ้าหยอดเหรียญไหม น้องบอกไม่มี แต่สองวันต่อมาเห็นลูกค้าต่างชาติมารับเสื้อผ้า เลยเพิ่งรู้มีบริการซักรีด ซึ่งตอนนั้นพร้อมจ่าย แต่ไม่รู้ว่ามี ผิดเองที่ถามน้องแค่มีเครื่องหยอดเหรียญไหม 555 น้องเลยไม่ได้ตอบเรื่องบริการจ้างซักรีด

Great location, close to BTS station, Lotus supermarket and 7/11.Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Room is perfect for a short stay with small luggage since there's no space for large luggage. -

The room size is bigger than that of the same room I have booked in Hop Inn Ortigas. Staff as accommodating in helping me to store my luggage in their storage while I wait for 2PM as I arrived earlier the the check-in time. They also have a mini snack station in the lobby, with toiletries and snacks for sale for those who forgot to bring their own toiletries. Nothing really.

Perfect location and price Please don’t change your model. Not a huge issue. Bed was a little bit V shaped from over usage, perhaps more rotation of the mattress or monitoring needed?

Good location, BTS walking distance, 7/11, Lotus, shopping mall, cafes, night market nearby, room totally fine. Room is ok but looks a bit empty and depressing but that's the Hop Inn concept I guess. It's just a bed that's it.

I had a last minute change of dates. Easy and flawless. We did not ask for room service for the nights we stayed there. The staff was great leaving us toilet paper and 2 bottles of water each day outside our door. Also liked that there was an elevator and mini frig in the room. AC worked great! Some reviewed that there were no restaurants nearby. Not True. Plenty of places to eat. Lotus has a food court on the bottom and top floor that is worth exploring. The Coffee Club near the train station is a great place for breakfast. There is also a great Italian restaurant Bacio less than a 10 minute walk. Highly Recommend. It is a no frills hotel. I don't have anything that I didn't like.

Location is near the On Nut BTS station. Lotus, Big C street foods, food courts, 7-11 in the neighborhood. Drinking water was provided in the room daily. Lobby with coffee and hot water all the time. Friendly staff. Someone drilling and banging in the middle of the night. Seems like they are fixing the building. I bang on the wall and they stopped. If I did not read other guests review, I did know to ask for hair dryer. Only had 3 hangers in the room and cannot move out from the railing. Night table by the bed can be a bit bigger.

Very clean with great location near bts. Woman at front desk were lovely and kind. Stopped delivering water near end of stay, although other rooms continued to receive.

Exceptionally clean basic room. Bed was comfortable. And they even had a fancy coffee maker in the lobby so I could have a cappuccino before checking out.

Location is well worth the money. Close to bts and plenty of food stalls. No microwave to heat up the left over.
