It was a very wonderful stay! I stayed there on my birthday. The staff was very helpful and kind as well. I also love its location. It's just walking distance from Icon Siam. Definitely a value for money! I think the facilities are not that new but it's does not really affect the quality of our stay. There isn't really anything major or serious that I could say that might make one's stay less wonderful.

River home does not offer breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful. There is a majestic view from the top balcony. IconSiam is 10 minute walk from the hotel. There is a Tops 3 minutes walk from the hotel There is nothing I did not like

Very clean with nice location Nothing

Central location, yet away from the traffic noise. My daughter is a light sleeper and she slept okay since the hotel was tucked away in an alley, which is lighted and very safe to walk down. The front desk was staffed even at 5:30 am on our last morning when I came down the lobby to use the common space. Also, the coffee machine in the lobby provides a great tasting cup firs thing in the morning! None. Your facility has exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work!

The staff… they’re very helpful even though we as a guests can sometimes be a real hassle, and The pantry and the rooms are very clean. The room is large. The neighborhood is very quiet, so we can sleep very well. The property is near Icon Siam, Sevel, local market just need to walking to go there, and near Wat Pho, Wat Arun etc by motorcycle or grab car. If you go to Bangkok just only for shopping to Pratunam area, this property is quite a distance from Pratunam Market and the surrounding area..maybe around 50minutes if there’s no traffic.

Great location. Loved walking to the iconsiam and local food places. Loved the rooftop. Someone said they could do more with it and totally could. I loved it regardless I just didn’t like how how room key controlled the air and so when we left it would get so hot and take a min to cool off. No big deal though.

- Big room with comfortable bed - Proximity to ICONSIAM (less than 5 mins walk) and a free outdoor gym close-by - The rooftop has awesome views (i think it’s under leveraged, it could be transformed into something even cooler!), that being said, it’s nice to have a place to go smoke that isn’t it the street… - Laundry service on-site for 50 bhat, very much appreciated - Super nice staff, always smiling — they provided extra hangers as I don’t put my clothes in the dryer - Excellent value for price ? - No safe (but I always have a lock on my luggage so not critical, the rooms are also safely locked anyway) - I understand some reviews about the location, it’s a small residential street tucked in by the river, but there’s another boutique hotel on the same street… could look shady for someone not used to traveling. But Hey, this is Thailand — IT’S VERY SAFE, do not be scared. It’s mostly cats occupying it anyway ? No complaints about it. - Some reviews complaining about the smell in the rooms — as soon as you start the AC or open the window, it’s gone in a few seconds, it’s simply the room being closed for long without air circulation. I have no complants about it.

the staff are so nice.. there is refrigerator inside the room. And Microwave in the kitchen 1 km from bts station.

The room was spacious. They have a shared kitchen and a laundry service with a small fee If I could add anything to the room, it would be a clothes rack for jackets and keys

The room on lower floors may tend to suffer from the street noise. The street itself is very quiet, however during our stay was some construction going on at the neighbour building which made it hard to sleep in the morning.
