Location, Peaceful Environment, Cleanliness The arrangements for Coffee, Tea & Microwave should have been available on every floor. Instead it was only available on the Ground Floor. It becomes very difficult for someone who stays at the top floor to come to the ground floor everytime and prepare the coffee as there are no lifts in this property

The hosts were very friendly and helpful, spoke fluent english, good for tourists.

This is my 2nd stay here, I really love this place, so clean and the aircon is so cold, most especially it is near on Terminal 21 and BTS. ??

I like the Location, very close to the Asoke Metro Station, Good stay for friends and in modern area. Have nearby 7 Eleven stores and transporation facilities. Also CheckIn was simple and easy. This hotel rooms has some restrictions on smoking and damage policy but those are okay and acceptable. Water temperaure in toilet spray jet and washbasin was warm which added comfort. So overall very good stay and highly recommended. Value for Money! NA

Perfect for an overnight before a flight. Right next to Terminal 21 and Asok BTS easy walk to everything. No guests policy kept it quiet and private Nothing bad here

Great place to stay. I had stayed 4 nights & had good time there. I was on room 3. (2 flore).I heard noise at the mid night due to the parking opposit to my room coming from other property. It made me little uncomfortable.

Location: 10/10, it's 5 minutes from Terminal 21, Asok BTS, Sukhumvit MRS, 3 minutes from Tops market, Cat Cafe, 7eleven and the cheapest yet satisfactory massage in Bangkok. The host is helpful and even has a microwave and some bowls and plates, raincoats, umbrellas for guests in case it rains. It's still very quiet at night, I'm a light sleeper but I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The room is entirely sealed, there is a round glass window to let the light in but no fresh air, in the night the wind is very pleasant but I couldn't enjoy any of it unless I had to go outside of the hotel. They don't allow outside guests at all, which is ok for me. But I met a friend from my hometown and she happened to be in Bangkok too, was staying in Silom and we had lunch in Sukhumvit. After lunch, we both wanted to lie down a bit before going out again but I don't think they allow outside guests so she had to go back to Silom and we could only meet after dinner. A bit inconvenient!

the location was very ideal as it is in the heart of the city close to terminal 21 and BTS train station.

Good communication about my booking. Good service. Gentle, kind family. Quiet. Simple. Felt safe. Room was very functional, plenty of place to put and hang things. Bedding didn’t smell fresh, but neither did it smell of too much detergent. Lack of ventilation in the bathroom.

Solid hostel, everything just ok, nothing exceptional but fair with given price.
