Location

Excellent location, fresh bed sheets and pillow, Mitsubishi air con unit. Nice clean bathroom. Prompt service. Nothing bad to say.
-
Exactly what I was looking for: not fancy, but clean, comfortable, well located and for a good price.

its not easy to find

Well renovated, very comfortable rooms. Nice hosts running the place. Great central location. The AC blows directly on the bed which was a little uncomfortable. Seems like the settings don’t persist more than a few hours so even if you point the fan down, it’ll move back up later.

A bit of a dodgy location…

Clean room with every thing I needed. Didn’t come with soap for the sink. Not sure if this is common but something u would personally like to have. Location. Although lead than 10 minute walking distance to two different train stations, you must pass through a few girls bars. This is a pro or con depending on the type of traveller you are (ie. family vs. solo). I was not approached during my four nights which was nice.

Value for money, clean and good location Bad smell from shower drain 1000 thb in cash for deposit

Great location. Very quiet and comfortable. Expect more of a guest house. No real lobby, stairs only, card swipe entry and in room key card slot for electric. Expect to pay a deposit on arrival.

Location, price, shuttle to Sukhumvit, staff - all good. Terrible room even for two stars. Fridge was licking, door lock was constantly lagging, bathroom was really bad.
-
Central location, close to Sukhumvit station from which you can reach most areas in Bangkok. Not facing the traffic so silent at night. Clean. Kind service. Comfy beds. Overall, nice value for money. Depending on the specific room the view from the window can be partially blocked. Not a big problem for us as light still came in and we mainly spent the day out.

Great place to stay at a very reasonable rate. Great Value. Nothing not to like.

Hotel has all you need, basic but clean and reasonable price. Friendly staff. I will be back!

Love this hotel so much it was my second time staying. You can tell the family running the hotel isn’t just after your money - they actually care about running a clean & comfortable hotel. Great location near bars & restaurants, but down a quiet alleyway for a quiet nights sleep. Yes, there are a bunch of “massage” places around but still a safe & friendly environment for a couple or family. Cold AC, hot shower & clean/comfortable rooms. Highly recommend

I didn't like the entry road. It's very narrow, shabby and dark. Very difficult to enter at night. The stairs are very long height.

The property was well priced and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were really friendly. The location is excellent 2 mins from EMSPHERE, it also felt very safe. The window had no view. Maybe when booking you could request the rooms on the side with more lighting.

Can open hotel front door with electronic key. It was quiet. Hard to find. Staff upon entry could not speak Thai or English and were probably Burmese. The rooms are sparse and small. It’s located on a back alley past sad massage shops.
