- moldy smell; - dirty bed linen; - no window in the room; - very hard mattress; - no sockets near the bed; - you are not allowed to enter your floor unless you change the street shoes, even though you may not have any other ones. Absolutely unreasonably overpriced.

The staff are amazing and friendly and helpful. The location is great. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The downstairs restaurant is good. I think the air conditioner filter needs to be replaced.

The location and the design of the hostel the is so good . They don't have a hand towel and a small towel in the toilet in my room ( maybe it's normally for the hostel,but i think they should have it) and personal is not helpful.

We got 2 rooms, one room for my parents and another for myself. My parents room was spacious and with the windows gave the room the light they want. And it’s definitely worth the money. The only problem we faced was the location. Being not familiar with the street name, I mistaken it as another location. The place the hotel was situated is pretty far from the nearest BTS or any near by famous-enough hotel. Although we bought rabbit card, we hardly get to use it, and we ended up taking grabs. Another issue we faced was that it gets pretty noisy at night on weekends. Becos the hotel is situated right beside the road and it gets rather busy at night. The frequent ambulance sirens can be quite annoying if u r a light sleeper.

Good Value for solo trip. Clean room, friendly staff, and the cafe just at ground floor, 7-11 store just walking distance less than 100m. No passenger lift and need to climb up until highest 5th floor but good for exercise. The electrical conceal switch point is Thai only so you might need to bring your own universal adapter.
