The hotel was very nice . The room was clean and staff very helpful . We didn’t gamble but we did have breakfast at Hops before leaving and it was fantastic !

It's a casino, so you can expect that environment. That said, it's clean and I felt safe. The beds were comfy and the linens fresh.

The staff was amazingly friendly and polite with outstanding customer service. The Casino was well laid out and I liked that they had a restaurant onsite. However, I have stayed multiple times at Biloxi Louisiana, Vegas, Kansas City, & Tunica. I am extremely disappointed that you don't comp rooms for players like most of the other Casinos do. I may have to use other Casinos especially in poor economic times. Why should I gamble 1.5k+ a day with only a $10 slap in your face play comp when other Casinos Reward me with free rooms and hundreds of dollars in free play. Thank you.

Everyone was great and the room was beautiful Wasn't very cool for a room set to 65. Also said king suite but had a queen sized bed

The property is centrally located, the restaurant is open later for convenience. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean and the riverside view was nice. The staff is friendly and wonderful, special shoutout to Jack for going above and beyond.

Food in restaurant was very good

This is one of those money-grab locations with a "resort fee", whatever that means. Just name a price and go with it. Also didn't appreciate the excessive room cost simply because there was a show in town. Any other night would have been $100 cheaper. I did appreciate free parking as so many other locations are leaning into that particular money grab. Mattress was a bit soft and lumpy. I think this is where Marriott does better. Overall, fairly quiet room, clean, and nice stay. Walking distance to shopping , restaurants, and Maine Savings Amphitheater. We will be back.
