It's time to get rid of carpets on the floor, it gives that mold smell

Breakfast was fine, but I couldn't find the pepper. Didn't ask, because I had a self-created late start, not the motel's fault. But it seems like pepper must be some valuable spice from the Orient, since motels SEEM to hide it away from guests a LOT. The room was fine; the bed was comfortable. I can't believe in this day and age that your front door isn't electronically automated. People arrive (and leave) with luggage (cart or not), and maneuvering through the door manually is awkward. Add to that the age (I'm 78) of some/many guests, the manual door seems almost cruel.

Location and staff were helpful Booking.com didn’t work well with them. It was a whole process to finally get into my room. Booking didn’t release funds to them and it was a mess. Also, sheets were dirty on one bed. Notified the staff and they came and changed it for us.

Very comfortable stay. Had some difficulty getting into a room but after that all was well. The staff member manning the breakfast room was excellent and plentiful food options. All clean, would stay again. The first room we were given - we couldn't get in, the key didn't work properly and the evening staff told us to shove the door with our knee to get in. Once in, the smoke detector was hanging off the ceiling and intermittently beeping. We went back to reception again and she gave us another room on the next floor - unfortunately, the keys had not been activated and didn't work. We had to go back to reception again to get this addressed. After that all was fine.

Great staff. Hotel is great for a night. We got room with kitchenette and it was perfect for our family. Located around a ton of restaurants and shops we were pleased. Great but typical hot breakfast. Heather ar check in was GREAT
