The staff was friendly, but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say about this place. We were in the room for maybe 10 minutes before walking right back out. The lobby was gross and dirty, and the room was even worse. There were stains all over the carpet, white stuff on the mattress, and pubic hair in the shower. After seeing the condition of the room, there was absolutely no way we were staying there. If you have little kids, STAY FAR AWAY. I would not consider this place clean, comfortable, or kid-friendly at all. Thankfully, we were able to get a refund, which was the only good thing to come out of this experience. I would NEVER book here again and absolutely would not recommend it.

Helpful staff, excellent hot breakfast, clean modern room, 5-star experience!

Convient location Lots of cobwebs in the room

As soon as we step foot in our room, we wanted to leave. The smell in that room was beyond imaginable.. The property is old, and worn-down. There is paint coming off the wall, big red stains on the carpet, and the smell is the worst of it all. The walls are paper-thin, so we could hear everything happening on the balcony and in other rooms. It kind of ruined our weekend, we were in Bangor for only one night and we wanted to book another room somewhere else, but every other was full. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Good service and clean room. A rough crowd was staying there while we were there and we did not feel comfortable at times.

Wasn't that clean, hair in tub, stain or dirt on floors, even comforter on bed had some crap on it. The fire on ceiling sprinkler or alarm whatever it was was extremely dirty rusty looking. Walls and lamps damaged. Vents air came out of was packed with visible dirt. We just breathing that in. First walked in room hit with a god awful smell. Definitely needs more or better house keeping. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, bagels, muffins, boiled egg or yogurt. Coffee and juice. That's it. Cheap and simple. Bed comfort was decent though. Easy check in.

Queen’s Inn was in a great location for everything we had planned during our trip to Maine. We didn’t spend much time in the room, so it worked perfectly for what we needed. The room was fine and comfortable enough for our stay. The TV could definitely use an upgrade since it was pretty dated, but overall, we had a good experience and the location made it very convenient.

It was not clean. Smelled like strong weed. Bed mattress was awful.

Some staff were better than others. We needed pillows for a third party in our room and they did not have any. On the 3rd day, they finally said they would go out and purchase some. They make sure you don't take any towels by giving only one per guest and not providing more until you give them back. There was an envelope by which you are expected to provide non-existent housekeeping a tip! I don't recommend bringing your family to this location and we will never be back. The pictures are not an accurate depiction of this location.

The furniture was nice. The staff was nice The balcony’s were gross, duct tape holding the carpet together. The outside stairs felt a little soft and unsafe. The room smelled absolutely gross, like a dirty ashtray, there was a clump of dark hair on the bathroom floor. Stained carpets.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent with bagels, waffles, hard boiled eggs, and cereal. Restaurants were close by but did close early! The deadbolt on one of the rooms did not work at all and the smell of marijuana was quite prevalent.
-
Distance to the airport I didn’t feel safe and it was really old and it smelled
-
Friendly staff, a well-worn facility, but the room was clean and safe with a little continental breakfast. Definitely fine for a layover for one night. Very reasonably priced.
-
Probably one of the most gross places I’ve ever stayed.
