The bed in my room must have e been from the 1980, horrible. I had to unplug lights to have a place to charge my electronics. The elevator is a more of trap than a mode of travel. They claim to have parking, they dont it is municipal parking that you have to pay for. I used my credit card in two other locations in town no problems at all. At the hotel due to old systems it did not work.

The fridge wasn't working and the door couldn't be open at the beginning.

This shouldn't be a four stars hotel. Maybe two stars at best. Old and dirty furniture everywhere.

Everything it’s was amazing ?

The breakfast buffet was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The massage I ordered was expensive but the masseuse was a joke!!!

The hotel was terrible. First of all, as soon as we arrived, we noticed there were feces in the toilet, which means we were given a dirty room. There was no balcony, only some high windows. It felt like a prison. The pool was small and dirty. The location is very bad for someone going skiing. It is very far from the gondola, and you need a taxi every day. During checkout, our door broke and would not open, so we couldn’t get our suitcases to leave. The taxi to the airport was waiting for us, and we almost missed our flight. The staff were untrained and didn’t know what to do. No manager appeared to help. In the end, we had to break the door in order to enter the room. The staff were not pleasant at all. The breakfast was poor for the amount of money you pay. Overall, stay away from this hotel. We had a very bad experience; everything was unprofessional.

Very good location, near the city center. Very good breakfest, nice spa center, pool, polite staff.

Walls a bit too thin

Helpful staff, the food was good,and plentiful. I don't like one thing because I saw some people after the spa wearing bathrobes and wet coming in for dinner. This should be strictly prohibited by the hotel. The rooms should be cleaned better!

It is a very affordable hotel for winter travel. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the ski center. Breakfast and dinner were very versatile and delicious. They have all the meat options. The hotel is a bit far away from the center.

The room was good and even the breakfast was really good. Location was also perfect for us The lift was not working at all, and there was no one to help us with the languages.

Didn't was so clean

The ¨Standard room¨ does not match the description, it is an attic. The staff refused to replace it with a normal room, even at additional cost.

The hotel rooms are not suitable for three adults. The third “bed” is not a sofa bed, but a modified chair, which caused serious body pain. The swimming pool is very small and overcrowded, and does not match the pictures. The food is average in quality, with limited variety. Parking is not included and costs an additional €5 per 24 hours. There is often no available parking directly in front of the hotel, so guests may need to park further away.

Well, it's not a 5* hotel, and not a brand new either, but it was an excellent value for money, at least off-season. Easy to park (paid parking right in front of the entrance, free parking just a short distance away), free spa access, breakfast included, comfortable, cosy rooms - everything was just fine. Also, they have a very nice terrace / garden restaurant for spring & summer season. The bar could have been open a little longer (it closes at 23.00) ...

The hotel was very clean and quiet. Big room with huge bed. Warm and clean. There is a parking in front of the hotel. Very good location. N/A

Fast Wi-fi. Very polite and helpful stuff Excellent breakfast. The rooms needs refreshing, new furniture and bigger screen TV. The current ones are no more than 22-23 inches.The bathrooms are OK.

It is nice. We will go again No coffee and juice with dinner.
