The pool and jacuzzi weren't great. It just seemed old. The rest of the spa was excellent.

Our room was amazing for the price it cost. I loved the view of the forest and the little stream right outside our balcony. The services were amazing, I have never seen so many different saunas in one place. It was overall an amazing experience.

The breakfast quality can be improved. The first day I felt most of the things I took were old.

The staff was amazing, breakfast was 12/10 (too many choices), sla was great, pool was pretty warm (32°C). The lobby bar was also great. The only thing that we were nkt happy about was the wifi signal anywhere in the hotel, and it was the sams thing last year when we visited. They should really do something about this as the signal is non-existing.

Great value for money. Decent breakfast. It had everything you would want for a regular breakfast Spa was amazing. Big enough. It also has aroma sauna which I liked the most. Staff was very kind. During the Easter holiday there was animation program for the kids. Extra pay for the salt room

Spa was nice but not great, Rooms are old and not that comfortable, at least what we booked. Not allowed to stay more than 15min in Jacuzzi… after a ski day? Anyways

Room, spa center, food, almost everything It’s impossible to believe that a studio like that doesnt have a coat stand, a wall hook, nothing…imagine that you have jackets like ski and winter and wheather was rainy first days than snowie and all our clothes were wet and arrive in the room and absolutely nothing to put your jackets on , nothing :(((

Staff was very kind and helpful(stayed in different hotels inBansko). It is also important to remind that Bulgarian people in restaurants and other hotels are not friendly and can be specified as rude people. Thats why it is very very warm and polite people in the lobby and housekeepers. Also hotel received my Amazon Germany delivery two days before I arrive to hotel and keep it in luggage room and informed me when they receive goods. Rooms were clean and hot enough. Swimming pools was very clean and not too crowded in the last week of January(high season).

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a beautiful view to the mountains from our balcony. The breakfast is very good and we also liked the diner we had at the restaurant. The spa is very nice and well maintained. There is a service of laundry which is very good and also shuttles to the gondola which is helpful. We didn't expect the place to be so family orientated. There was only families and it was very very loud and intense during breakfast and in the spa. The swimming pool and the spa were basically a children playground and sadly that breaks the "relaxing" experience completely.

I love the facility The room was clean and the pools and spa were great addition for our experience :) Service from the stuff at the restaurant during breakfast should be improved. They should be nice to their guests

Great and kind staff with a smile on their faces. Nice pool and spa. Good breakfast and nice kids activities. Great and spacious room. The location is a bit far from center and sometimes it is hard to get a taxi and too freezing to walk. Also, it is expensive, but it might be the prices during the season in all the hotel.

The apt was large, and bed was comfortable Apt - the room had very few electric outlets, the bathroom sink was small and way too low, very few towel hangers, limites closet space in the bedroom itself, old non smart TV. Property - extremely noisy, ONE pool and ONE tiny hot tub, horrible location needed to take the car everyplace, poor roads and difficult parking especially in a snowy season. Very mediocre breakfast

The windows(and balcony doors specially) were not good secured, and in the windy period there were some problems with them, but hotel service reacted immediately as much as possible.

The size of the apartment It’s old and not as expected based on the rate at booking

I had some work to do, but the Internet was unstable and unavailable in our room. I had to go to the lobby to get a stable connection, but even there the Internet was very slow.
