Elegant Lux is a 4-star holiday complex located in the picturesque all-season resort of Bansko. Location of hotel is great....only 5mins walk to gondola or taxis up the mountain. 3mins walk to the main street and the best restaurant. All the staff were attentive and friendly all the time, and went out of their way to offer assistance. On the first day we had to change rooms due to a smell in bathroom but staff were very understanding about this and the subsequent room had a much better view too. ?. No problems with WiFi. We had to ask for additional cooking utensils eg sharp knife and bigger saucepan and these were provided without any problem. The sauna and steamroom were sometimes not hot enough but the staff were happy to turn it up when asked. There was a vast array of food at breakfast, something for everyones taste. We didn't experience the restaurant outside of this time. The decor is luxurious and the grand piano was amazing? ? They store your own/rental ski equipment. Or you can hire it out from hotel, and there is a free mini bus to the gondola. Overall we had a fabulous 7days here.thankyou very much.

It was cheap and there was a spa. Breakfast wasn't hot enough. Pillows were uncomfortable and room was too hot.

The hotel, the staff were great. Other people in the hotel were not so civilized. For instance some groups enter in jacuzzi and stay there til the end of program, every day. In the sauna only a Turk used the towel, the rest of european people entered without the towel. And so on.

Very friendly staff, good value for money at the bar and the restaurant. You can’t rent skis directly at the hotel and there is a shuttle driving you to and from the gondola which was amazing. We never had to wait more than 5 min for the shuttle! The spa area was also nice You can’t throw toilet paper in the toilets because the drains could not take it. The jacuzzi seemed a bit old. We were given dirty glasses one day at the restaurant. But it was a one-off
