We had spent a few late evenings at the pub inside the hotel and had a great time

A very solid hotel with a full spa and fitness facilities. Well organized, exceptionally clean, and comfortable. It features a smartly designed, well-heated ski room with both elevator and stair access from the main lobby, as well as free parking. The check-in process is quick and efficient, and the dedicated staff provide attentive and professional service throughout the stay. n/a

Had average expectations and got what I expected. Staff was friendly and talkative. Rooms were clean. The base room price for 4 people was good. The food at the hotel is decent enough and comes fast, but you'll get much better options of restaurants in the city. The pool and jacuzzi were open during the day, so that's nice. Sauna didn't get to try; it wasn't open when we checked. Position was ok, close enough to the gondola (15 mins on foot) The hotel shows its age, and it hasn't been renovated in a while. While not dirty, there's a certain smell impregnated. Little unpleasant The radiator was leaking water. The bathroom sink was cracked. The bathroom lock broke in the middle of the night, luckily while nobody was inside, so we couldn't use the room bathroom until morning. We had to use the reception bathroom. In classic Bulgarian fashion, the entertainment room costs extra per hour(pool, foosball, darts, etc.)

This is a 3-star hotel, but unfortunately cleanliness clearly needs improvement. The floors are carpeted, and during winter conditions the water brought in by wet boots — combined with water spilling from the bathroom into the corridor — creates a strong and unpleasant smell. Other disappointing issues included rust stains on some towels, a bathrobe with a large hole, and a double bed that was noticeably sagging on both sides, making it uncomfortable to sleep. What was most surprising, however, was the response from the management. After seeing our Google review, instead of trying to address the issues, the manager politely implied that “this is our standard, and for this price, this is the level of service you can expect.” As someone who has worked in the hospitality business for 25 years, I find this attitude unacceptable. There are few things more irritating to a guest than being politely dismissed rather than listened to.

Great hotel with an excellent location. The staff was very kind and professional, creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The spa and pools were amazing, with warm and relaxing water. The rooms were spacious and well-heated, and the mattresses were especially comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended.

They have a nice pool and spa area! Also a nice bar area! Maybe the breakfast could have more options!

The hotel is small but really comfortable, it has saunas and a nice small pool. The hotel provides shuttles to the ski gondolas, and generally is 10-15 min walking aways from the old town center or the new city center. The in house tavern is hosted by the kindest restaurant manager who was very hospitable and made us want to return for a drink of the house wine in the cozy tavern by the fire place every evening!

really big apartment, quite enough for a family of four. the pool is working even though we were the only guests using it. the choice of breakfast is not large (after all, summer is out of season for Bansko, so there are not many guests), the breakfast was sufficient and tasty.

Nice rooms, great AC, great breakfast, 10min walk to Main Street, pool and hot tub. Aging a little bit - really old carpet in hallways and major dirt visible through the glass windows of the elevator. Staff was hit and miss - some were great, others seemed bothered. There is a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea. When asked why, we were told that it’s not winter. I guess guests during the summer do not drink coffee and tea and all the other hotels we stayed in during our vacation are doing it wrong. However, they happily sold us a 5 cent bag of tea for 3lv and even threw in an extra one for free! Overall, I’ll happily explore other options next year, knowing that this is a decent back up if needed.

I was there with my parents. Early morning they asked for a breakfast. I was sleeping. They asked for one breakfast for my dad (my mom usually does not eat in the morning), and the lady refused to give him one.

Decent hotel on a good location. Room was super spacious and staff friendly. We also enjoyed small spa erea. Breakfast was a la carte and also tasty. I cant comment winter ameneities since we were there during the summer. Good value for money.

Summertime the restaurant works only for breakfast, ordered food in the room from a nearby restaurant.

Nice hotel for family stay

Појадокот беше обилен, со разновидна понуда на солени и слатки јадења, и секакви пијалаци, од кафе, млечни пијалаци до сокови. Оддалечен од центарот на Банско на пристојна дистанца којашто се изодува пешки, во мирен дел, на работ од гратчето, со поглед кон прекрасниот Пирин. Хотелот беше чист, топол, креветите удобни. Освен што е базенот нешто помал, сето друго во спа-центарот, од џакузито до сауните беше на исклучително високо ниво во однос на хигиената и затопленоста на просторот. Вработените беа љубезни и културни. На 5-6 км е и гратчето Разлог, кое е, исто така, убаво и мирно место за прошетка, шопинг и посета на ресторани и кафетерии. Би сакала повторно да одиме на повеќе денови.

The location, close to the lift, the spacious room, the spa, nice breakfast. Overall everything was OK.
