Hotel is perfectly located near bars and restaurants, but on a quite street. It's only 5 minutes to the gondola. Very friendly hosts and tasty breakfast.

The hotel was very nice,cosy and clean. It is located right in the centre and near the ski lift. What I like most about the stay was the lovely hosts that made us feel like we are at home :)

The family hotel really did exceed expectations. Location was incredible as less than a 10 minute walk to the gondola and 5 minutes to the high street. Lots of restaurant options nearby and old town just over a 10 minute walk. In a very quiet area so no street noise at all. The hosts were amazing and offered a generous breakfast before 7:30 so we could be out skiing. Room was large with plenty of space for a weeks stay and the small fridge was helpful. They gave many small touches to make the stay extra special. They have a room for ski storage which could help if not storing ski's at the local rental. Great value hotel given the location The rooms are a little dated but this doesnt impact the stay and comfort and it did make us feel we were staying in a family home.

Mariana is an incredible host she is very knowledgeable and kind. . The location was very good ? just off the main street of Bansko. The breakfast was very good and even customizable, freshly prepared. Unlike most Bulgaria the coffee was great. The home was poorly lightened. We ran into some difficulty with getting a good temperature in the shower.

The best treatment and care I've had at the hotel and I've been on ski vacations for over 6 years. Kind and welcoming staff. I felt at home. Everything is clean and homely. Elaborate and personalized breakfasts really good hotel.

The breakfast was good. They let us park our car in the property's garage. They had flexible check in and check out hours. The bathroom door was inconveniently transparent. Sometimes, there was a bad smell from the toilet. A tea cup in the room was dirty.

Nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was great! Will definitely come again as the weather was not good to climb Vihren peak Parking space is limited but we found a spot
